BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse reviews
16Had the best service, there were 16 of us and we all got our orders quickly and at the same time. Nothing had to be requested twice and the server was efficient and friendly!
New Orleans Jambalaya had the perfect amount of spice and great portion. We also got the Big Twist pretzel but ate it before I could snap a pick.
There is a manager name Sarah.from what me and other customers have seen. She is very disrespectful and rude. Whenever I go to BJ’s. I always have a great service and a great time but when she’s there she’s always rude. There has been countless times where I have overheard her talk down on her employees I feel so bad for them because working in the food industry is not easy and for her to always be so rude to them is un acceptable to me. I really hope she gets fired
First time ordering and let me tell you the food was delicious A bit overpriced for me but worth every bite. Big portions and tasty.best salad I ever had and the bacon jam wings were for dinner and I would definitely recommend. The Pizookie was good.
Lots of items to choose from. I won't be going back during summer though. Last time i was there I was freezing and so was my husband
Our waitress was very friendly. The food was great. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the chicken pot sticker appetizer came out cold. Everything else was great. I ordered the couscous Mac and cheese balls, chicken pot stickers, fish and chips, and the berry burst cider.
Went here the day before Father's Day. I got the double boned pork chop, delicious, and very well prepared. Some of us had caesar salad before our meals, one of the best I've had in a restaurant. Everyone liked their food for the most part. Nachos are pretty good-sized. We were all feeling rather indulgent. Most of us got a pizookie. Although my daughter and I shared ours, the strawberry shortcake one not sure it was seasonal or not. Yum.
I ordered two pizzas and two pizookies for takeout. The food was good, but I ordered a brownie sundae pizookie and they didn’t include the pecans, hot fudge, whipped cream, or cherry toppings that I paid for. Pretty disappointing.
My family loves eating here. Mostly for the pozooski dessert. All the food is great and the service is also great.
My mother and I went to have a nice evening at dinner. When we arrived we were seated in a timely manner. While we were sitting and waiting looking at the menu, several waiters & waitresses passed us as if we were not sitting there. Time passed 5 mins. 10 mins. 15 mins.after 20 mins, we noticed that everyone who walked in was served, and we still had nothing, not even water! The waitress that was assigned to our table assisted with the other people behind us, and once again did not acknowledge the fact that we had been there for over 20 mins! We walked out because it’s not like they didn’t know we were there, anyway. HIGHLY upset. This was one of my favorite restaurants
Service is way too slow. Food was ok but overpriced. Or server was kinda rude. I will not return any time soon.
We called ahead for a 60th anniversary dinner.and then were told we had a 45 minute wait when we arrived with open tables visible.avoid
A bit loud, but only because they were busy. Pork chops, roasted veggies, and roasted asparagus were perfect. Definitely recommend.
Go to the BAR and look for Squirrel he is awesome very attentive and will make you feel at home
Random Tuesday evening and the place had a 30min wait, why you ask? Not a 100% sure. The food is decent but nothing amazing, the menu is way too big and the staff are hustling trying to wait multiple tables, which means your food comes out cold.
Not a good experience from the get-go. We went there about 3: 30 on a Friday afternoon. There was no one to greet us or seat us. We asked a waitress 2 times if we could be seated and she assured us someone would be there right away, which did not happen. There were a couple of employees at the back wall chatting. After nearly 15 minutes, we walked out. SO, after several good experiences at BJ's in the Detroit area, we were sadly disappointed. Won't be back.
