Had the meatloaf and it was burnt and inedible. Grandson got fried shrimp which was also burnt and inedible. We had a very large party and if you didn’t order steak, the meal was not good.

Nice ambiance and wait staff! Food was above average, green beans undercooked, steaks were okay, a little too bland. Drinks are strong. Desert menu was disappointing, only 3 choices.

Amazing food, service, portions and service at BIG. Family atmosphere and a bar area. A must go if you're looking for quality.

The service has always been very good and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is good but not great; wish they had better steaks and burgers.

Best steaks around! I ordered the T-bone steak and fries with a salad. Their white french salad dressing is awesome and their butter is homemade with bread. Great old fashioned drinks made by Sharon. Really good service! You must try.

Food eas really good definitely one of those places that is worth spending time and money at I got the ribs and it was very tender my only disappointment was the portion of the sides that was on the size of a happy meal lol But still worth going

Very hit or miss. First time I went everything was decent, mussels were good but under seasoned, steaks were cooked properly. Second time I went I ordered a steak medium rare, it came out medium well, server was rude about me sending it back, then the second came out almost raw it was so rare. A steakhouse messing up a steak twice in a row is not a good look. Atmosphere is weird, half the restaurant looks like it’s trying to be fine dining and the other half looks like a longhorn steakhouse

Menu was different then what they had. Steak was vary tough ordered medium rare got burnt on the outside to a crisp and, rare on inside. Mashed potoaes where good. Wife ordered ribs and they where ok.

Service was great! Ordered the Haddock fried with French Fries. Haddock was great, French Fries would have been great the first time they were fried. Ordered a half rack of ribs. Not good, no flavor, almost seems the ribs were boiled first then grilled. Disappointed.

This place was very good. Really enjoyed. Reminds me of the way steakhouse’s and bars used to be. Not like the big chains.

Fantastic. Steak was *perfectly* seasoned. Service was prompt and friendly. Ate outside and it was so pleasant. Keto-friendly items are menu marked. The food here is crafted, attention paid to each dish item, not assembly-line manufactured. While this was my first time here, it certainly won't be my last!

From the appetizer to the dessert it was all delicious. We ate inside which honestly, kind of smells odd, maybe like an older building but that quickly goes away. We had calamari for the appetizer. They're fried and perfectly seasoned. Whatever the sauce is that comes with it, try it. The salads were good portion sizes. The scallops could've been cooked longer but I like mine overdone so there's that. Again, whatever that sauce is for the scallops, try it.
We were warned that everything is made fresh (LOVE THIS) so the food takes longer but our food came out faster than it does at other restaurants so there was no problem there.
The cheesecake with fresh berries came out nice and hot so yeah, try that too

This place is off the hook this must be one of the best-kept secrets up in the Kent area this place is super fantastic definitely planning on going back there very soon everything was perfect and the wait staff was awesome can't wait to go back.)

First time here, definitely the last.
Pretty poor restaurant in general, really poor steakhouse. So much char on the outside of the steak it's all one can taste. Bacon wrapped scallop appetizer tasted good, but only three scallops for $11.99 isn't really worth it. The experience had about the same quality as Chipotle for only 5 times the price. After the meal, I understand why there were only 4 parties in the entire restaurant at 7pm on a weekend. Pass on this one. Buy a cast iron skillet, and a good cut of steak at the local market and cook it at home yourself. You'll spend less and have a better meal.

They just poured it all over the steak. More a bar b cue sauce than a glaze. Smothered the steak so much I couldn't tell how good the steak was.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and we are already looking for an excuse to go back. We both got steaks and they were delicious! He also got fries and bacon mac and cheese, and I had the caprese salad and a baked potato. Everything was so good, and the service was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Jon and the entire staff at BIG are top notch! We always have great service and excellent food! We have had a few work functions as well and everyone is so accommodating Looking forward to my class reunion, which will also be held here, in July.

Never disappoints

Edit: Fifth star would come if they would allow my wife and I to share the big steaks. Eliminate the phrases "no sharing" from certain menu items. Nobody like to be told what they can and cannot due with something they've purchased in full.

Food was really Delicious great customer service the ambiance super Nice, our waiter was pleasant helpful kind and stayed on top of his Business, I recommend this hidden GEM.

We were there to celebrate our daughter's graduation from KSU. The staff was so wonderful! It was extremely busy and they did a wonderful job getting us seated and serving us. The food was wonderful! The steak was wonderful, cooked to perfection. The scallops were amazing! An excellent evening was had, made all the more special by the staff.
