We build our home with Black Oak and moved in the fall of 2015. Mid last year, we began to encounter water damage in the rear corner of our house. I called the builder and he had several people and companies come out to help isolate and resolve the issue. As the home owner, we realize that with the complexity of home designs it is likely that there will be issues. What is important is how your builder responds. Brad and his team engaged without hesitation to resolve an issue on a house that was well beyond any home warranty. We would absolutely recommend Black Oak and would build with them again.

From the moment we met Brad it was apparent that he was going to build our "grow old together home". It was obvious through the entire process that he understood what we had envisioned and he spent so much of his time trying to improve upon our plans. He truly wanted our home to be the best it could be for our Family. A month after moving in, he is still involved as we make plans in our yard. The entire staff, his subs and suppliers are all "top shelf" people who came together with Brad and put the cherry on top.
