The young man who came to my house to check my fireplace for safety was very careful to keep the area clean. He explained the problems with positioning of logs and the pilot light. I was very pleased with the service and won’t hesitate to call them again.

Brad Teague is without a doubt the best chimney man out there for me. Took over a chimney relining job last year and got it to completion with perfection expected. Just finished up new crown on that chimney and we are ready for first fire of the season 2023!

Andy was on time to perform our chimney flashing inspection and explained the recommended next steps. Andy was very professional, explained things well in a very relaxed (i.e, not high pressure) way.
We scheduled a date/time for the work to be done and again Andy was on time and very professional. It appeared to me he took his time (i.e, not rushed) and the visual results of his work resulted in the flashing looking 100% better from the ground. Several days later we had a very rainy day and there were no more leaks.

Ralph D.and his teammate were prompt, extremely clear and professional with their communication, and answered all of my questions clearly and succinctly. I really felt like I had a very good understanding of what they did while they were here, and what they recommended. They showed me high-resolution pictures of the chimney both inside and outside and explained what I was seeing. I got copies of all the photos and a detailed work order for my records. It was really top notch.
