James Cutler attempted to cut my 12 year son's hair last night and it was the worst and scariest experience he's ever had. I was not present but his hairline is destroyed and it was extremely uneven until his Dad did his best to fix it. The barber was fainting/falling asleep while attempting to cut my son's hair, was stated he had low sugar but continued to put himself and my son is a sketchy situation with clippers in his hands. I was not there or I would've instantly removed my son from the chair for his safety. Please be aware and I hope you get the medical help you need before you or someone else gets hurt!

If you’re looking for a good barber that listens and makes sure that you’re getting what you want, then go to Cutty and get yourself looking clean. He always checked to make sure that he was doing what I wanted and got me in and out of there looking fresh. The best haircut I’ve gotten in years hands down. Will definitely be back to keep getting trimmed up.

After a shop cancelling on my grandson's appointments and several shops not being able to schedule them, I found such a pleasant response from Bladez Barber & Beauty in Massillon. Cutty fit us in within a half hour so that my boys were ready for vacation. They all wanted something different and were soooo happy that they got exactly what they wanted. The atmosphere and staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We will be back! Thanks so much!
