We presented Blair with a challenging AC repair assignment, which Mark T, their repairman passed with flying colors. A previous contractor had misdiagnosed the problem, scrambled wiring, and then said their company could not repair the unit because of “code violations. ” Blair took the time to work through these difficulties, figure out what needed fixing, and restore AC. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Very polite and thorough. Got the job done in less time than expected. They cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them.

If you are thinking about using a new Heating and Air Conditioning Company, look no further, this company is "AWESOME". Been using them for Air and Furnace repair and they do a "GREAT" job but it was time to replace my unit. They submitted a quote and it was the best one I received, came out when they told me they would, worked hard all day long then took the time to show me exactly what they did and how to use my new thermostat. It has been 2 weeks now and no issues and my house's comfort level is a "10". Thank you for an easy well done experience.

Your technician, Adam, saved our family's life. We had another company install a water heater and the co2 detector kept going off. Adam looked at the water heater and advised us the other company installed a natural gas water heater, but, we have propane. I will always use your company going forward.

Our one year old water heater stopped; Blair came out the next day, found the issue and within 3 days had it up and running.woohoo

Called them out on a Saturday because the house I'd just closed on had a frozen up a/c. Service took my info, tech called me to confirm and give me initial instructions within minutes. He even told me he'd wait to head my way because the system would need time to thaw out. He was extremely professional and offered his expertise on the situation when he arrived. Even though I chose to go with a temporary fix, he didn't try to push me towards something more expensive. Fantastic experience all around!
