Haven’t ever come on time, missed appointments, and overall made the entire repair job VERY inconvenient.

Frank was awesome from the start! He came in and diagnosed the issue right away, explained what was going on, was able to fix it temporarily while we waited on the part, and then came back the next day to install, which was also quick. It also helped that Frank was a friendly and down-to-earth guy. I'll be requesting him the next time we need anything HVAC-related!

Advertise sales on heater and air conditioners but can't get a call back to set up appointment. My initial call made employee very rude to me.

For 25 years I have used Blind & Sons. Unfortunately my experience on 3/11/21 was one of the worst professional experiences I've had. While it was the first negative experience with Blind & Sons, it really makes me question the technicians that they send out, and why?
Also, the lack of or bad communication cost me money. When I called to make the appointment, I asked the lady on the phone if I needed to have the bathroom fan and any other part of the equipment needed for them to do the work. Twice she told me, "no, they should have everything on the truck. " When he got here and told me I'd have to have the fan there for him to begin, I was pretty upset, because I had specifically asked her.

I could tell he was not too keen on doing the work anyway, as he was very quick to say he couldn't do it that day and they will send someone out on another day.

I guess they changed plans and decided that he could do it at some point, but I paid a heavy price for just not cancelling with them.

He left 4 different times. While he was working he was having outbursts and screaming at himself, all the while I am trying to stay calm and keep my stress level down while I am working from home. I did exercise as much patience as I had. I never said anything to him about his outburst and erratic behavior, and I even let him vent when he took a break, I offered to help hand him things, and I tried to reassure him so he could get through this job.

This went on all day, and by 4: 30 he was still there from 8: 30 in the morning. He couldn't finish the job, and they sent someone else out the next day to do so. The man that came the next day did finish, and behaved more like a professional, and completed the work, thank God. The experience was harrowing for me and I learned how much patience I truly do have. I am not happy that I had to pay extra for them to pick up the fan, and also I noticed that the guy from day 1 did not even bother to caulk around the vent on the outside of the house. I am still somewhat traumatized by the experience honestly.

Since I bought this house 25 years ago I have used Blind & Sons so many times and the experience had always been good. I am baffled at what has happened with communication and customer service over time.

I do appreciate the guy who cleaned up the mess from day #1, but I am actually surprised that they charged me full price for this job. $1400.00 to have a bathroom fan installed, and 2 whole days, unnecessary holes in my ceiling and no caulking around the vent and outside siding.

This experience has left me paranoid of contractors and service companies.

James with Blind & Sons came out to my house yesterday and did a tuneup on my furnace he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended some maintenance that hadn’t been done in nine years on my furnace it already sounds like it’s working better very reasonable price if you haven’t had a tuneup on your furnace lately you need to call them

We had Frank Waugh as our service technician today and were very pleased with his service!
Frank was very friendly, professional and answered all of the questions that I had about servicing our furnace! We even discussed getting a whole house humidifier installed which I think we will consider doing in the near future. Sure hope to have him back next time for our furnace tuneup! Thank you! Kevin S. So glad I didn't go with my first option on getting a few outlets in my home fixed. Decided to give this company a chance didn't expect to get a service call on Christmas eve but they were more that happy to accommodate me on short notice. Brandon my service technician was friendly professional and courteous. He told me what the problem was and was able to fix the issues and actually was able to save me money. I Would recommend this company and I will be using them again.

Dishonest. Be wary of sales staff not providing full details. Read every line of contract before agreeing to anything. Different employees give conflicting information leaving you screwed!

Very happy with their services. Ever since we bought our home we've used blind and sons for any maintenance/repair work. Always friendly, on time (!), efficient, and get the job done right the first time.

As always, Chris called arrived as scheduled, did the inspection, explained what he'd found, answered all my questions very thoroughly — this was truly an education session! And of course Chris observed all the usual proprieties (shoe covers, care in manipulating 6-foot ladder in confined area, etc.).

The technician is knowledgeable, friendly and respect customer. He left some recommendations to customer to review over for future consideration. Would recommend Blind and Sons to others.

I have the tank less water heater. Great product and has been well maintained. No issues for 5 years. Sump pump installation was done with quality. Only issue with B&S is the coupons they send. They can't be used with the MVP plan.so is a frustrating tease.

I have had an annual contract with Blind and Sons for a number of years, and have never been disappointed with their service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants reasonably priced, knowledgeable, thorough service.

Great service by John from Blind and Sons. Fixed the problem with our generator and stayed to do our maintenance as well. We appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude.

The technician Frank is very knowledgeable, does a great job and has a very professional way with his customers. He always takes the time to explain things and I don't feel like he just wants to get in and out. He takes the appropriate time to do the job right! I was very pleased with his work.

Brandon and Ryan were here on time and ready to go. They finished rewiring a completely new electrical panel (an all day job) in 4 hours and labeled everything. Thanks, glad I picked this company. Was also the cheapest estimate I got outta 3 places.

Our old furnace was having issues just when the weather started getting cold again. Frank W.came out and got us back up and running without trying to convince us to do more than we should given the age of the furnace. He also provided a lot of detail and was able to show and explain some of the issues related to the age of our furnace that we should be keeping an eye on.

I am very happy with the work done by the electrician Brandon. He was very respectful, knowledgeable about his craft and accommodating. He arrived and went straight to work completing the job in a minimal amount of time. If all the repairmen are this personable, yet efficient, I will use Blind and Sons for many other repairs needed around my home.
