Blissful Foot Spa, Woodmere OH

This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had! The lady was so rough and her nails digging and scratching me! She was not friendly, did not ask if she was being too rough? Or am I comfortable? This session was not relaxing AT ALL! I was asked at the front desk how was my session? I said it felt like I just left the gym! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If I could give them no starts I would. WORST MASSAGE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I went in already with soreness from working out, when
I left from my session, I felt worse! It was extremely cold the whole session, was burned twice with the hot rocks, the massage therapist was SO ROUGH it felt like she was rushing! It was very uncomfortable. I never ever wanted a massage to be over so quickly in my life!

I have religiously exercised my entire life.
I have had lower back pain since the early 2000s which I just have always power through and never have let it slow me down. Now in my 40's my lower back pain is most disruptive while I sleep, tossing and turning always waking up. I decided one afternoon when I had a knot in my upper back to pop into the foot spa and get it rubbed out for 30 mins. That's when I met Amy. Amy gave me a great massage. I have always felt I needed regular massages to improve my back issues. So, after my massage I made three appointments a week apart to see Amy for the table massage. One of the best decisions of my physical life. After a handful of visits with Amy, the improvement in my back is significant. I now see Amy three times a month and the results are fantastic. She is fantastic. I don't even need to tell her anything and see finds all my tender sore spots every visit. My nighttime sleeping is so improved. Worth every dollar.
Amy is wonderful. I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

A very sedate and relaxing environment, featuring full body massage, reflexology and acupressure. It is wonderful to spend a good hour having the body readjusted and relaxed Credit cards and cash accepted. And due to the language issues that may arise, they utilize Goigle translation if needed. Very nice people, please tip.

Joe is my favorite. The atmosphere is very calm, clean and relaxing. I really appreciate how Joe asks me how I'm doing, if the pressure to is too much or not enough. I always leave feeling like I'm walking on clouds

Absolutely wonderful! I've been here a few times. I seriously wanted to ask Joe to marry me and if he already has a wife I would gladly be his 2nd wife LOL! If you like deep/intense pressure I recommend Joe. The other massage therapists did an excellent job as well however, Joe is my favorite. The atmosphere is very calm, clean and relaxing. I really appreciate how Joe asks me how I'm doing, if the pressure to is too much or not enough. I always leave feeling like I'm walking on clouds. You can make an appointment but they also take walk-ins. Their prices are exceptionally reasonable especially for the high quality of the massages. I'm slightly upset that I'll only be in town for a few more weeks but I'll stop by every chance that I can.

My back was a mess. Tight and sore the pain has left for now. I was happy with everything. Amy found spots that I didn't realize were tight and sore.

I was excited that this location was close to me and services were priced affordably. I gifted a massage to my stressed out boyfriend and ended up stressed myself. I paid for services upfront in front of 4-5 employees at the front desk. I left to workout while he received the massage. When I came back, there were 3 people at the desk who couldn’t tell me where my bf was or when we would be done. I explained that I paid for his services then decided to text him and wait. Language was definitely a barrier. 10 min later he comes out, the employees follow him to the parking lot and question whether his services were paid for. I explained again that I prepaid but they wanted more proof. I have no idea why they didn’t track payment earlier. I ended up showing my bank accts debit. Their process is completely backwards and unprofessional. I regret prepaying with the tip.

My bf poorly rated his massage experience. He wait 10-15 min on the bed past his appt time for the massage to start and another 15-20 min at the end, after his miseuse walked away. Sounded like he really only received 30 min of true service.

My family and I I had a great time here today. The store is very clean, and the people are very friendly.

The woman who answers the phone had difficulties with English. I was unable to get across my questions so I booked for their signature service which was reflexology and Acupressure. I had this service about 6 months ago. The man who gave me my massage was clearly very skilled but he was unable to understand what I was saying. I needed to asked him to go lighter several times. I tried to tell him that I had an arm injury but I never got that across. It was not a relaxed experience because it was so uncomfortably hard. I think this man with the proper communication about what the person preferred would be excellent. The ambiance of the place was very nice. There was soothing music in the background. It seems like they have the right ingredients but the communication is the issue here.

So I call at the last minute because my feet were hurting me. So the lady that answered the phone is a very young child adolescent. Very rude work ethics on the phone. I get there. The foot massage was a five star but however I never wanted the rest of the Massage of what the guy gave me. I told him several times that he was rough on me. And I told him to be gentle. I told him to go light, I already have an injury on my left hand side of my arm. I then went to the hospital and since he did so much hard and not gentle my arm is now in a cast that and the guy sniffed on me the whole time

The ambiance, the quality of the service and the price… AMAZING! I can safely say this is the best place I’ve been in the area! Soooo relaxing!

Thought I was getting a relaxation massage. It was painful not relaxing. The door was open so there was a lot of noise. I left there in pain and she waited at the desk for her tip. I will never go back

Called a day ahead of time for a table massage. When walking in the girls had no idea of my appointment. Then the table massage was just bad. The girl had no strength. When asked to push harder she could not. Very uncomfortable feeling when you pay for something that did not help you feel better.

Pretty good foot massage overall. If you are just needing a thorough foot massage they do a good job. Nice setting; clean; soothing; very quiet; decent pricing; nice music. I come here mostly because many massage places barely do the feet and my feet had taken a beating. However, if you have any major health issues, and you want a full body massage, you might want to look elsewhere. They got 4 stars because they are NOT licensed. I checked years ago when I first came here. There is no intake and no health questions asked. A bit scary. Last year I went to one of the other locations and decided to get the full body massage. That was a huge mistake. The guy kept working right on top of my spine and kept rubbing over boney areas in my back. Afterwards my husband said my entire upper back was bruised black and blue. These places have their place in the massage world for sure. But in my opinion, they should stick mostly to foot massage.

Amazing my whole body felt great felt like I was walking on a cloud. My feet hurt everyday it was amazing to finally get relief.

Long time massage goer here. Booked time as an accident thinking it was for a pedicure. Now I go whenever I can. In the medical field and often burnt out, this place is both relaxing and therapeutic. I’ve never had a bad experience and I recommend this place to any person who works hard on their body and feet! Just go- get the 90 minutes refloxology and thank me later!
