I've been coming here for bikini waxes for years and recently started underarms. Katie is so professional, and I've been satisfied with the results every time. Booking online is so easy too. I can't imagine going anywhere else for waxing.

A friend referred me to Katie for body waxing based on her excellent experience, and I’m so glad I listened. I will be going to Katie for any waxing going forward. She is extremely kind and welcoming, and does amazing work. I would recommend Katie to anyone.

The online scheduling was really easy, I loved how I could see each esthetician and their availability for the day on the same page.
My experience was alright, I expected more from this studio based on its reviews and online presence. The interior of the place is designed to be modern and a little bit rustic but I felt like it was not complete. It felt cold, impersonal and dusty.
One thing that I really didn't like was an open area in the hall where they performed micro blading. I'm pretty sure you want to keep that space pretty clean and not open to every passing individual and their flying germs. I also would not want people to watch me get my service done so why even have it in the open like that with no chance for the privacy.
My esthetician was really nice throughout the entire service, although she did not introduce herself during the check in process and made me feel like I should know who she was even though it was my first visit ever. Then at the end I felt kind of rushed to leave, maybe because she had another client waiting.
My eyebrows wax was perfect, but the traditional tint did not seem to last two day and I was promised that it would last one to two weeks, so that was a little disappointing.
I would give them a second chance and hope they can make a better impression this time around.

Never again will I go to this place. After missing an appointment because I was sick I was charged for a full wax. I didn't receive a call to reschedule just charged for nothing. So as much as I loved this place and after reading the fine print, I will not be returning again.

Katie did my Brazilian and it was such an amazing experience. I needed to switch studios after having been at the same location for 4 years. I got so lucky with the wax gods that I found Katie! There was minimal pain with exactly the results I wanted. Also the vibe inside the studio is really nice:)

Julia was absolutely amazing, I went for a bikini wax and had no idea what to expect and she was beyond patient and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I even scheduled my second appointment before leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need if their services. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Literally the best! Got my first Brazilian here years ago, tried a few other places including ‘chains’ when I moved out of town for a short period, and was so disappointed! Truly can tell the difference with the care and kindness at Bloom and Clover! They make the best of a possibly painful or uncomfortable service.

I got in on a last minute cancellation and Danielle took care of me. She was so sweet and did such an amazing job. I will 100% be back to see her! Great, clean studio and the other staff that I saw were all very friendly.

Great customer service. Katie is my go to person. She makes your experience a good one. Waxing is terrifying for a lot of people because of the pain but she knows what she is doing and she makes the client feel comfortable.

I had an appt with Katie! I got a brazilian wax, eye brow wax and tint. Katie was awsome! She made me comfortable and was very easy to talk to. Just a great person. I loved my tint. Ill for sure be coming back! There is no product on my eyebrow except the tint!
