Blue Ash Chili reviews
19The food was good like always. The service was mediocre…like we were an inconvenience. It was packed at 1: 00 and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table.
I had there special fried tilapia and it was great but the breading was vert soggy. That could of been from my 12 minute drive home with the food. Either way food there is great and the people are friendly and theres plenty of room to eat in if you choose to. They have great chili also.
Super fairly priced, super fast service. Good food, too. The new location is beautiful inside. The chili is your standard Cincy fare, but the burgers are surprisingly great.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! The food and service is outstanding! A definite must go to. If I could give more stars. I would!
Lunch time was busy. I'm sorry but for a tuna sandwich only and a soda should never cost $14.50+ including a basic tip. Still a fan of the food and customer since the old building, but do not see the value for a lunch anymore. Wait staff never spoke to me beyond the order, so I paid and left. I was looking forward to the stop and drove 20 miles to get there today.
Amazing food, service and atomsphere! Try the lasagna! Omg so good! Burgers are amazing. Deserts. Just bring your appetite cause the food fantastic!
Was recommended to this establishment by a friend. I was sadly disappointed and would NOT recommend going there to eat. First of all, they messed up my order and then proceeded to over charge me. When I brought this up to the manager "Trent" it fell on deaf ears. She had no desire to make things right at all. Basically, this place is an overpriced mediocre dive that masquerades around as this "in" place. Then purposely hide in very small detail extra charges on an already expensive sandwich. I do not recommend this place, furthermore I am considering bringing up to the proper authorities their misleading menu and fraud it represents.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Food is great. Chili is great double Decker's awesome. Even the burgers are good. Always have hard time ordering cause its all so good!
We’re on a family road trip and asked for a local place to eat. We were directed to Blue Ash Chili, and we were glad we came here. We were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. Learning we weren’t from the area, our server brought us samples of their chili, which was a nice touch and very thoughtful. We ordered a ginormous pretzel to share, burgers, chili cheese coneys, fries, onion rings, and dessert. We ate until our hearts were content. The staff was lovely and attentive. The owner personally greeted and checked up on us. It was a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Will definitely come back when we pass through again.
Great dining experience. I tried the chili and it was meaty and had the Cincinnati flavor. I like to try local dishes so I had the goetta sandwich. Fantastic. Prices are reasonable, the desserts were great. Service was timely and they offered suggestions.
Omg! Chili Lasagna is the absolute bomb! The garlic bread was the best I have had and wished I had ordered extra!
The new location is much better than the old. Very clean and well done. The food is just as I remember the last time I visited. The staff was exceptional. My personal favorites include the BLT or ham/bacon on white. Maybe give the caramel brownie a try if you're feeling good. I love this place.
Arrived at Blue Ash Chili this evening at 6: 15pm on a Thursday. Was promptly seated and was given a menu and a drink. Waited 20 minutes and watched multiple parties come in and get seated, and have their order taken. At which point, I made my way to the register to pay for my drink. She asked for my check, which I never received since no one came back to the table. No sorry, no apology. She charged me the $2.99 for the soft drink and off I went.
Great place. Good food.just don't go around lunchtime the place is insanely business.
Good cheap diner food. They have really benefitted from their new, much larger location.
There doesn't seem to be much emphasis on chili, although all the standard "n"-ways are offered.
Havnt been there since they moved Much nicer place outside seating Service was Excellant food was to Way to go keep up the good work will be back soon!
Chili 5 way was very dry, very little chili. Cheese coney was great! Wife had 4 way bean.same.very lttle chili
This place has really gone down hill if you call in an order it's never right I've been there 4 times and all 4 times they have messed up the order and then they want you to come back to the restaurant to get the items they left off your sandwich or give you a credit for the item they left off your sandwich I'm not going to go there a 5th time and I'm going to tell everyone I know what horrible service this place has now I wish they hadn't moved they used to be fantastic then they can't get anything right now
Ordered 2 double deckers (1) ham and beef added American cheese (1) ham and corn beef added provolone cheese order was carryout I live in Bethel it's 50min to hour drive when I got home open sandwiches and both had lettuce, tomatoes, mayo on them which wasn't ask for, my wife couldn't eat her sandwich since she doesn't like tomatoes or mayo so that was a waste of money.
