Loved the place! Great service, delicious food and a thick menu of all kinds of Asian food including sushi, Thai, Chinese and more. Our food was ready super quick. The price was very comparative and considering great quality of delicious food and fast service, it was less then most of the places in town. I would definitely recommend to visit this place! I will visit them again for sure!

I love eating here.missing eating in but hopefully again in the future.great.food selection and great sushi selection so it fits everyone's likes.even my kids will eat there and like it! Takeout is easy and super good too.

They are currently only TO-GO orders, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. I have always loved sushi, but am picky since the quality is not always good in Northern Ohio.this place is not like the rest! Fresh, excellent ingredients. Good portion size, lots of fish in the sushi rolls. Shumai was delicious as well. Not a bad price, especially for the quality. I will be back in a few days

My husband and I love their variety of sushi, fried rice and noodles dishes. We have never been disappointed, and this place is our go-to for takeout.

We love their sushi and the tuna salads (spicy tuna and mango I can never decide). We pay a small fortune as a special treat to get this delivered to us.

As good as most Asian restaurants serving sushi. Go there because they are close to my home. The last two times I ordered takeout my order was wrong, even though I make the person go over exactly what I ordered on the phone. My bill is usually close to, or more than one hundred dollars for two people. The portions have been cut way down, and I received a few pieces of sashimi instead of the triple-orders of sushi with rice today. My husband picked up the order and never looked in the bag. If I order from there again, will make sure to scrutinize the contents before leaving the restaurant. The food has been good -just wish they could get the order correct.

Stumbled onto this randomly via delivery service menus, live relatively close but didn't know it was here. I ordered and picked up directly with them. Sushi is quite good and they have a nice pickup setup for 2020. Have ordered from here three times in 2020 and been impressed all three times. I will definitely try in person dining when possible.

My fav place for tasty asian food. Good place to catch up with friends. Fast and courteous service. This place has an awesome feel to it.

I used to give this place 5 stars, but sometime in the past year or so the quality of their sushi has become hit or miss. Sometimes it's the quality I've come to expect which is outstanding. However, it seems like half the time I order from here the sushi is pretty bad. It's more sloppily put together, doesn't taste fresh, too much rice and the rice is too sweet. They must have different chefs. If you guys are reading this, at least one of your sushi chefs is incredible. But some are not great. Sadly we've decided not to order from here again because it's too expensive to sometimes get disappointing sushi.: (

That being said, they have a bunch of other stuff on the menu. I haven't had a lot of it, but what I've had has been good. The service has always been great.

My son and I absolutely love sushi! We’ve tried many many different restaurant (even really expensive ones) but nothing comes even close to Blue Ginger’s sushi’s!

I have been here numerous times. The service is always fast, the food is always good and the price is reasonable. No hibachi grills where the chef cooks in fro t of you but there are hibachi dinners.

The worst administrator/receptionist girl I've ever met.

Best bargain for sushi on Mondays and Tuesdays (up to 1/2 off regular price on select sushi; also salads and appetizers). Food is always fresh, staff is friendly. The squid salad is very good if you like squid. Seaweed salad very good, too. Don't expect authentic Thai stir fry with "Thai style. " It is just that, Thai style-and very good, but not exactly what you would get in a Thai restaurant. That's not a fault or criticism, just an observation to help someone new to the restaurant make informed ordering decisions. Monday and Tuesday evenings can get pretty busy because of the sushi special. Be prepared to wait-but it will be worth it. It's great to have this restaurant in Parma!

Made the mistake of stopping in during dinner rush. Crowded, so I sat at the bar. Servers were rushing around, but it was a chance to check out all the choices. By the time my order was taken, I had forgotten what I wanted. Tried the Thai calamari and it was so-so, some pieces were rubbery and the mango sauce didn't have any taste. The orange rolls were good, nice tasting salmon topped the rolls.

Fantastic sushi and hibachi. Service is amazing! My children and I absolutely love dining here. Monday and Tuesday nights are our favorite with half price sushi.
