Blue Pacific Grill Perrysburg

Please keep in mind this is my opinion and experience with Blue Pacific Grill Perrysburg. This was my second time ordering from here. The first time, it was a to go meal but today I wanted seat outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. All was well while gathering my food. I was told I could pay at the end of my meal but I wanted to pay before, that didn't happen. A nice young lady brought my food and that was the last time I was acknowledge by any staff member. I ate my food and no water was offered to me.meanwhile everyone around me were being served water. I did not ask for assistance because at that point I was disappointed. I spoke to the manager, he offered to pay for my meal. I did not accept it because the food was not bad at all. It was the lack of customer service I was saddended with and that has no price! It's a shame. Positive side, kudos to the girl and guys behind the counter. The one girl made sure the food station was clean at all times. The young man offering sample of sauce made sure it was what I liked. And the guys cooking the food, great job on the flavor. Thank you to those staff members. I give it 1 star in customer service. 4 Stars food flavor.

Nice place on outside mall the food was very good you choice your bowl with rice, nodles, or vegg noddles. With choice of veggies, meat, fish shrimp. Good service fast. Have bar too

I personally love the perrysburg area to start with. Going to this restaurant gives a sense of adventure because you literally have to do a balancing act with your food to make it count! Once you have chosen all of your fixins.sit back and enjoy the choices you've made. As for atmosphere it's a little cramped for my preference but gets the job done

I've been here many times. I can't get enough of it. The food choices always seem fresh and well stocked by the servers. It's also clean. The staff are friendly.

Confirmation text was sent at 6: 35pm I approached the hostess desk and a small girl with long dark brown and purple hair was attending. I didn't even know she worked there she wore a black sweatshirt. I asked how much longer wait I had because I had been waiting 35 mins. Counting the time I stood in line to join the wait list. Her response was what's your name? Looked then said you've only been waiting 30 mins. Were short staffed and I'll get you sat after I clean the table off. Then she swept the floor and "wiped" the table off. Attached picture where she sat our utensils on a wet table. She also sat a table of 9 before me who walked in and asked to sit outside. When Jorge told her to seat my party she sat them. So showing up at 635 I had to then wait behind all those people in line. Jorge handled the situation as best he could. Just paid for my check it's 8: 11pm. She needs to realize she's the face of the restaurant as her intitled attitude will just push customers away.

First time going during my birthday weekend (7/8) and the food did not disappoint! It was like an upscale Mongolian BBQ but better. The food was much more seasoned and they still gave you huge portions. It's busy but well worth the wait! Make sure you follow the directions because it's a little confusing at first. We will be going here again when we visit down there again!

Very delicious food, always full with leftovers everytime I go. Lovely little environment - great spot for lunch and dinner. Just make sure to check how busy they are ahead of time, as it can be somewhat difficult to find parking during busy days/hours.

The girl at the front didn’t take my number correctly, so I never received an alert to get our table. We sat right in front of the door waiting 30 minutes, came inside asked her about it and she had an attitude. Asked to speak to a manager and he apologized but her attitude just was very disrespectful so we left.

Love this place build your own plate, unique sauces. It's a great experience. One of a kind dinning

I was very happy with everything aside from the drink drink prices. $9 for a tiny margarita with crazy Patron?

It is the most delicious stir fry ever. I always get the Yum-Yum sauce. I love this place. However, they raised the price of each bowl by $1 and we think the portion of noodles was cut.

Great food and options! For as popular as this place is they need to open another location, preferably in Toledo with a much bigger place because of how busy and crowded it can get for being so good and popular. It’s similar to bd’s, but this place is better.

The food was good but our server a tall skinny blonde waitress was really rude to us, she was explaining to us how to pick you our ingredients and meats she told us to act like HUMAN BEINGS, WTH! Who says that? What kind of business tells their employees to be rude and not professional. FIRST TIME AND NEVER AGAIN. What a shame!

Placed a pickup order and when I got home I realized I didn’t have my sauces or chow mein. I called the restaurant to explain I didn’t have half my things and they handed me off to a very rude man who gave me attitude and said “the chow mein is in there I put it in there” but I checked my bag and my boxes that I did receive and it was still just the rice and chicken mixes. I told him again it was not in there and even said I’ll bring it all back or take pictures to send him and he proceeded with attitude and said “well we don’t charge for it so…” in my head I felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. I then backed down and said fine forget it.
I did order the chow mein and sauces on my online order and it was on the receipt. Whether it cost money or not I still ordered it and it wasn’t in the bag. Very rude service, needs to be addressed.wish I got the man’s name.

Honestly the worst part was waiting for the bill, we finished our food and had to.wait 20 minutes just for the bill but otherwise, Very good food hard to remember what I like each time. Definitely recommend the smoked sausage, and yum yum sauce.

I ordered yum yum sauce on my food. My food did not have yum yum sauce on it. What ever I got was really hot and I could not eat my food. They did not offer to remake my food. So it was wasted. Will nor go back.

Went yesterday. Called ahead because I use a cane and it is hard to maneuver a plate or bowl with it. The server was awesome enough to offer a menu typically used for the senior citizens to make it easier for me. I got the unlimited bowl and loved it! They were also very conscious of my food allergy and cooked it separate. Will go back!
