They didn't have what I was looking for and the guy at the counter seemed put out and didn't want to help me.

My first time there. Tim @ front desk seems pretty knowledgeable and was helpful. Im a first time boat owner and just dropped mine off to have it gone through.

Called in at the end of last season to check on new seat for my bass boat, very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't answer any questions, just told me to come in.so this place is 30 mins from my house. I drove past this place and drove another 40 mins to Hebron to Vance's.and gladly dropped $350 on 2 new seats that came with great Knowledge and polite service.they seem to think since they are the only ones in the area that they can be rude as they want.dont waste your time with this place. It's not much further to go somewhere good.also after talking to some other places about this place, they told me there is a reason this place is known as the boat junkyard

Great place, they help you when you try to fix your own issues yourself, they try to help all the customer that walk in and I have seen and heard this with my own eyes and ears. They have a very good supply of boating parts and accessories. They shoot straight.

One of these post that state bad things about them is not the whole truth. I was there for one of these and the person who gave them a bad review is not telling both sides. That person could not afford to fix there boat and the boat was not worth the repair cost. That person made a bad purchase and blue water gave them the option to fix the unit and they stated that the boat was not worth the money to fix it. Sorry people if you make a bad purchase it is not the repair places fault it is yours.

MR LONGWELL, IF YOU GOING TO PUT A POST UP, PUT THE WHOLE TRUTH, NOT PART.

Dropped my boat off in on Dec 19th to Tim. I needed seat repair and new vinyl floor along with seat cover made. I had already had a quote from another dealer but a friend of mine had had some seat covers made at bluewater so i went to See them. I gave Him a copy of the quote i had and he said after new years he would send me his quote and could get started right after. He finally got me the quote on Jan 31st after calling him and sending emails asking what was going on. He never responds on his own! He sent me a quote that was more than double what i already had. When i questioned him he got really defensive and said take it elsewhere if you want bad work done. I said numerous times can you just explain why you would be more than double and all he could say is everyone else does cheap work. I left and called him on the phone and asked for him to take a look at his quote and see what he could do to help me out. His response in an email back to me was this. After our conversation just come get your boat and take it somewhere else. Not even trying to work things out. He is a very rude and unprofessional individual.
