2The company carries good brands unfortunately the employees aren’t their best in customer service, when I called to find a product the lady told me they didn’t have the skinceu product I was looking for, and they don’t even go to look for it, when you are trying to purchase it. They need to hire good people who are trained and willing to actually sell products. I needed this product and ordered it online because of poor customer service
I haven't even left the parking lot yet because I felt like I needed to leave a review immediately. I feel TERRIBLE for not getting their names but the 2 women working Wednesday night close were angels. I walked in looking a mess from a long work day & they didn't judge (which you get from other makeup stores). They were SO kind, friendly, understanding and HELPFUL. They listened to what I was looking for and problems I was having and honestly tried to help. They didn't try to shove expensive products down my throat like I was just a wallet. I can't say enough good things about these 2 women, the atmosphere was on POINT (minus the holiday music, it was pretty bad lol).
Staff really makes a business and they made a forever customer:) Will be coming back for all of my makeup needs/questions!
