BNSF Logistics reviews
3Great service unfortunatly when me and my wife visited we initially thoght it was a bondage club.
Broker Cass Jarret is rather rude. BNSF Logistics doesn't pay stop-offs. DNU.
This company has not paid us. Run. Run. Run.
We picked up a load with this company on 4/30/2022 from San Antonio, TX and we delivered the load to Cummings, GA. We drove some 1776 miles to deliver this load. We submitted our payment shortly after delivering the load on 5/3/2022. We selected the quick pay option on our invoices. We verified that our paperwork was received and correct for payment. We have heard every excuse in the book as to why we haven't been paid. We have literally been given the run around. One day it's we don't have a voided check. Another day it's we have requested a copy of the shipper's bill of lading. Clearly we were provided the shipper bill of lading when we picked up the load and we submitted the shipper's bill of lading that was signed by the receiver. We tried to reach out to the broker that we booked the load with for help. He has refused to return any of our phone calls. Yesterday we were told the load has been released for payment. We were sent a link to confirm payment was released. We have been checking the link and there is no payment posted. We informed the accounting team no payment was posted using the link. Now we are being told the payment has not been approved. Well which one is it? Either the payment has been released or not? We asked the broker before booking the load, do you have a quick pay option? He informed us they did have a quick pay option. Here we are almost 2 weeks later still no payment. We need our money to pay our drivers.
