Wonderful experience! Highly recommend this group practice to any and all. The doctors and nurse practitioners were all very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Staff was very pleasant. So glad I found this place for my gastrointestinal concerns.

As the husband of a patient, I waited a long time before I went to check to see what was going on. It would have been nice to have been consulted. I watched patient after patient come out that had gone in after my wife. So when I get in with my wife she proceeds to tell me how rudely she felt she was treated by the individual with long pink hair because she couldn’t immediately give a urine sample. My wife does not complain. She had nothing but good to say about the other nurse that she dealt with. They had issues getting her IV. She didn’t even complain about that. The anesthesiologist that came in and got it was nice and told her it wasn’t uncommon that she could be dehydrated. Maybe he can explain that to the first nurse. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I hope that is all it is for your offices sake. She also commented on the doctor being nice as well. So one star for the first nurse and 5 stars for everyone else.

Staff is super friendly but the wait times are atrocious both for office visits and procedures. Be prepared to wait over an hour to get into a room and at least 30 minutes more to see anyone.

Called in this morning as a new patient/referral & some pretty serious pain and they were able to get me in the same day for a consultation. Wait times were normal, staff & nurse practitioner were all very kind and helpful. I was scheduled for an outpatient procedure 2 days following my consultation. Overall very happy that I found this group, they addressed my concerns quickly & put together a care plan right away.

Somebody must be reading these horrible reviews and working to improve the situation there.
My first few visits were less than favorable but I’ve noticed an improvement lately.
Waiting room times now less than half hour, staff nowhere as rude and cold as they used to be, and medical staff is now actual listening to my concerns instead of talking over me.
I’m not 100% yet, but I’m slowly but surely finally starting to see recovery and hope they keep up the good work.

I've been here a few times. I have always had a great experience. The staff and Dr. Was always friendly and professional.

I love this place so much! Dr Maycon was a great listener and did everything he could to relieve my symptoms and the staff was wonderful! Definitely would recommend going here!

First time visiting this practice. Dr. Dodig and his staff were fantastic and thorough. Bedside manner of the doctor was excellent.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my daughter here. The doctor didn't listen to anything she said. Had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, he said results were normal and wanted her to stay on a gluten free diet for a month and come back. 2 weeks into it and she wasn't any better. Called for her records and results of biopsies twice. First time the rude receptionist said there was no record of her calling. Took her to a gi doctor in Cleveland after a CT scan found out the next day she has to have a feeding tube. What a joke this place is!

On October 5th, 2020 I had the most painful colonscopy. I was not given any relaxing medicine and I had a nurse that left a hematoma on my right. I measured it. It was 2 inches by 3 inches. I am still unable to bend my right arm without pain. There are LUMPS so many and they are hard. Never once have they called to see if my right arm is okay.

I never will have another colonscopy because of the pain they caused me.

This is probably why there are so many NEGATIVE COMMENTS!

If I could have given ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!

I went here my 1st time I waited forever to get in. When I went back the nurse seemed like she was barely listening. I had told her multiple time what was happening then she would ask if I was experiencing certain symptoms that I had already told her 3 times. I never saw another patient yet I waited in the room for the doctor/nurse practitioner forever the whole Experience was not great I will be looking for another gastroenteroligist.

Called the after hours phone and all I got out was "hi I'm a patient of Dr dodig" and the lady on the phone got an attitude and was extremely rude & unprofessional. Sure hope my bleeding isn't life threatening. Do NOT go here. Disrespectful, rude, even as an active patient you'll wait weeks for an appt too.

Please do not go here. I have ulcerative colitis and they treated me as a joke, were rude, and took forever when I was the only one in the entire building. I am SO glad i did NOT give them my money. I will be going somewhere else for a colonoscopy or a less invasive procedure.also extremely judgemental.for your own mental health go somewhere else.

Worst place I have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE. The most disrespectful staff. Doctor made my stomach issues WORST due to improper colonoscopy.

The staff was very nice! And the wait time was quick I had no problems here at all! Everything was great from the staff down to the time management thank you! I don’t know why there are a lot of negative comments

The rudest staff. Not professional, only want your money and don’t care about making you better.

Wait time is horrible! Both visits I’ve had I had to wait 2+ hours. The staff are friendly for the most part but the wait time alone makes you want to get a new doctor!
