I ordered a valve replacement for my boats hot water system and the value for money was amazing with free shipping. Only problem was despite being given tracking numbers the item didn’t arrive and USPS couldn’t find it. This was frustrating so I called Jesse and explained my situation. Jesse was so professional and helpful I couldn’t ask for anything more regarding rectifying this issue. Jesse spoke to his supervisor and arranged for a replacement valve to be sent out on an expedited delivery. I definitely recommend Boats & Rv for the excellent service standards they offer in their employees.

I had ordered an item through Amazon fulfilled by boat and RV accs. There was a problem with the description and pricing. I contacted the company regarding this issue. I dealt with Jesse from Ohio. Jesse dealt with my questions and issues on this in the most professional manner. He was courteous and personable in the process. In todays day and age this is a rare outcome in our world. What a tremendous customer service experience! I needed an inverter in a hurry. Deer season opened on Saturday and my customer was coming from Florida to Georgia to bag a trophy. I ordered one and had it shipped overnight. As luck would have it, it was damaged in transit and didn't work. I called and they shipped another one, overnight, and I installed it and my customer was very happy. (No, he didn't bag a trophy) Thank you for all your help. GREAT company. Was trying to order 4 camera covers. Was told you had 20 in stock. Ordered 4 to start with. Order canceled and was told the cover is discontinued and no longer in stock.
