Very good service. Covid protocols are being followed; I recommend the steak and eggs with hash browns. Very good! If you're there in the afternoon their classic American hamburger with fries are the best! Not much more than a large McDonald's double cheeseburger meal with large fries.

Good food & servers took a little longer than i like so couldnt give it a 4 star but a very strong 3 for sure

Ordered curbside for my family as a treat. Arrived a couple mins early and called. No one ever answered, just an endless loop thanking me for holding for 20 mins. Went into lobby to find at least a dozen people crowded in there all waiting for food or to be sat. I inquired at the counter about my order, and the rudely told me when it’s ready it will be put on the counter. I waited about 15 mins and then inquired again and asked about canceling my order. They said part of my order was ready so they can’t cancel. Part of my food had been sitting in a bag behind the counter for 20 mins while they waited on 1-2 things to be done. Finally got my food almost 40 mins late, got home and most was cold. Chicken was rubbery, threw most of it away. Will never order from this location again. Staff was not even apologetic.

Sad. This place has gone down hill fast. Only 2 other tables and it took almost 30 minutes to get our food and the majority of it was burnt

They don’t answer the phone like professionals nor do they tell you to wait they just leave you on hold until they feel like answering the phone for a place that NEEDS Help they sure do act like they don’t want it

This particular Bob Evans was okay but not great. The server was attentive. The food was kind of ho-hum.

Very nice waitress. I ordered an "Everything Breakfast". It was much smaller than the picture. The meal comes with a biscuit. The biscuit was a smashed English muffin. Which was also very dry/hard. We ordered a cranberry salad that seemed to be missed a few ingredients. No bleu cheese was on it. The Wilfire chicken salad seems to have changed the tomatoes out and replaced it with salsa.

I used to love this place.
Home fries for breakfast are never cooked all the way. Always hard.
The Wildfire chicken salad is a joke anymore. Presentation is good but now is served on a plate instead of a bowl. Portions getting smaller while the prices go higher. Believe me. The customers do notice and will go elsewhere if they feel their needs are not being met. I'm hoping with all these cuts they are making.
They don't end up cutting their own throats.

Items on fliers not available, fried chic or dressing for salad. Second choices were good, however service is lacking. Waited 20 min after being seated before asking for drink order. Once food was ordered it was at least another 20 min before arriving.

We sat for a party of 5 waiting to be seated for 45 minutes. Sat at our table for 1 hour and didn't get our food. Left unsatisfied and very hungry.

The host named Kevin at the Colonel Glenn Store gave me the cinnamon pancakes with no icing no whipped cream no nothing although I tipped him over half my bill I will never do this again that's one customer gone

OK the breakfast was great and good service up to the point of waiting to pay your bill. Getting behind someone doing carry out so your waiting 10 plus mintues standing there. They have another register by the door with someone standing by it not doing anything but can't take your bill.

I went there last nite i swear it was the worst food iv ever had at a Bob Evans it was cold just nasty what has happen to them

Love this Bob Evans been going here a long time I particularly love conversing with the classy gentleman known as lyll car swell guy. Deserves a raise.

Food came relatively quickly didn't have to wait long. Waiter checked in at good rate not too often or too long. Food was about what you would expect for price range.

Hit or miss here some days no issues but today ordered a huge quart of chicken noodles got 3 tiny pieces of chicken and a ton of noodles

Very nice waitress. Decent prices. Great customer, one couple gave us a coupon! The food wasn't quite as pretty as on the menu but there were no complaints about the taste.

Great home style Breakfast Fast service and a friendly staff make this my go to place in the morning

Literally the slowest place I've ever ordered from. When I call in a to go order I expect that order to be done at the time I was told on the phone. I shouldnt be showing up to find that they havent even started the order. The first time it happened I let it slide, but this has happened now on multiple occasions and it's getting ridiculous. Won't be coming back to Bob Evans after this

Food was ok but the waitress was a little bit out there if u know what I mean. Service was good I'd go back
