We love the food and the variety too. The waiters and waitresses do a great job. Bob's is our second home.the servers know us and we know them. Norm!

Don't bring kids. I know BE promotes itself as family friendly, but that did not come across when we were there. We brought out 3 daughters after church and was told there was a 20 minute wait. After an hour, our kids were very hungry so we asked about our spot in line. They said it was going to be more than another 10 or so minutes. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else. I understand being short staffed and having long wait times. I don't understand missing your estimate by almost 40 minutes. If they would have told us the honest wait time, we could've gotten the kids squared away by going somewhere else sooner. Instead we had a miserable afternoon spending the day at a restaurant we never even ate at. I honestly believe with how many people were leaving that they just didn't want us to go and miss out on more business. They instead hurt their business anyways and convinced me that bringing my family here in the future is a terrible decision. Families that have kids and need to stick to a schedule- DO NOT COME HERE.

I am a driver for a national food delivery service. As I was waiting on an order at 11: 00 on a busy Saturday morning, the manager (Bobbie) was overheard behind the counter talking to a co-worker. The topic of conversation was another employee who tried to call in sick. The manager said, "I told her to put a mask on and come in. "

I can't imagine this is the policy of Bob Evans. To put the health and safety of other guests and employees at risk, especially in the middle of this health crisis, is concerning to me as a customer. I'm not sure I would visit this particular location.

Centerville location. Angie was attentive, yet not annoying! Kept coffee warm. Food was delicious, promptly served.

100% satisfied with a 30 minute wait on top of only 3 servers to serve you. Kyla was our server very nice did amazing job taking care of us and very kind. She was running her tail off and never had to ask her for anything Thank you Kyla for serving us this morning Everyone came together as a team and did amazing job

Service at this location has gone down dramatically. Food was cold and more than one sarcastic comment from our waitress.

I placed an order on their website for delivery on 8/23/21 for 2 meals. When I received it one of the meals was completely missing. I called an spoke to the manager on duty Sheila and she said she wasn't sure who bagged it, but since the biscuits with the bowl of gravy was completely missing she would delete that charge from my bill. Well I just double checked my bank account and the full amount was charged. This was the second time in 2 weeks we had bad service and the previous time was dine in. If you can't handle the job right at least follow through with what you say you'll do and make it right!

The food was great and our server was terrific. Rating four stars because there did not seem to be any COVID-19 protocols in place. Currently, our county is experiencing the highest level of transmission with fewer than 45% fully vaccinated. I had to ask to be seated away from other diners (originally led to booth directly across from others with less than 6 feet between). Some employees were wearing masks, while others had them pulled down or were not wearing them at all. If you're concerned about eating indoors with the current COVID conditions, this might not be the location for you.

Slow service, food took 30+ minutes for a table of 4 adults, 2 kids. Also my food want very good; too salty and hollandaise sauce isn't really hollandaise.

I ordered food earlier in the day to pick up at 12: 30 pm. When I got there at 12: 20 the food was already sitting out on the counter bagged up. It had a paper on it saying 11: 57. So my food had been sitting there for over 20 minutes getting cold. When I got home to eat it sure enough it was cold.

I had lunch at this location yesterday at 3pm and everything was great. (5 stars Yesterday)
Today a arrived at 10: 45 am finally got sat at 10: 56 am.
Ordered at about 11, and waited until 11: 26 for a rise and shine and a small biscuit and gravy
I have never had runny gravy from Bob Evans ever except for today, and slightly burnt hashbrowns. My coffee cup never went empty so thats good. But i ended up drinking 6 cups waiting for my food.
May want to hire a few more team members since this is a busy location.

Coffee was good, 3 cups before receiving meal, (slow), pancakes raw, hash Browns cold and tasted like old grease. Spouses breakfast was ok. Rated 3.

On 4/9/21, I went to Bob Evans and was blown away on the quality of food and quality of service that I received from Sheila, assistant manager. She was very polite and genuine, it was so refreshing. Sheila really made it clear she appreciates the military and made sure our substitutions were correct thank you, Sheila! Your GM should be proud of you!
