I just placed an order for Thanksgiving Day and Eddie the manager there has been amazing and deserves to spend some time with his family We only have one set of family and grandparents and I know how much each is loved and I and I was under the impression that Bob Evans was all about family and if that's so you need to treat your employees as such And your employees would stay with you. Thank you so much for the time you helped me and you helped me and it will always be greatly remembered God-bless

Super friendly crew. Quality tasty food. Very clean restaurant. This is one of my favorite places to eat.

They are short staffed, but working their butts off, so if you are in a hurry or just impatient, don't bother. The food was good.

BLACK EYE FOR BOB EVANS - This restaurant continues to be mis-managed.
Always out of food - not enough employees to operate. DIRTY - Computer system was down this morning and the nutty manager told us we could not leave until her computers were working. STARTED SCREAMING INTO THE PHONE AT BOB EVANS I. T. DEPARTMENT. Waitress apologized for her behavior. DRIVE THRU THEIR LOT AND GO TO CRACKER BARREL!

Place has such good food, hopefully they will get more staff soon. Are favorite adorable young waitress sometimes has no help at all she is literally waiting on all tables during rush hour by her self and stays so polite thru it all

Although short staffed, you wouldn't know it. The staff was kind and busting their bums to make sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed!

Bob Evans has really good food. The downside is they are sometimes understaffed but I'm a patient person so I'm ok with that- but if your not a patient person this is not the place for you. These people try their hardest to give the best service possible so it's unfair to them if your not understanding enough to not be rude to them. The managers try to fill in the gaps but they are usually doing the jobs of 5 people and only getting paid for one. I highly recommend this place. Excellent food, fair prices, friendly staff.

Very nice staff, and my breakfast food was excellent. The sign lured us in for a Cobb Salad. It was not a Cobb salad, no Avacado, no bacon.missing key, standard ingredients. Disappointed.

Just waited 25 mins for dinner after working 12 hours. Wasnt even acknowledged let alone given a glass of water. It really wasnt that busy. Extremely annoying and will be sure to never spend any money at this location. Terrible way to treat customers

Amazing food, this classic diner has great variety of foods to pick from, and just an overall great restraunt to go to if your in the Area and hungry for great food

Definitely like the breakfast menu.
My favorite dinner is the 2 piece fish. The servers are friendly and fast. Not a fan of the chicken though, but I love the roast

Food was good, but not what we order. Called to report to the manager and got excuse it doesn't come with carrots but the menu on line shows it does. Store manager doesn't know the food they offer. Had to show a picture and listing under it show pot roast should always have carrots.

When I need a night off from cooking, we go to Bob Evans. Friendly service and a good meal is something we count on there.

The waitress was a little off, maybe needed a few lessons. Food was good though.
The restaurant always seem to be lacking. Very sterile, perhaps personality.

Had a wonderful time there with my brother, sister, brother in law, and my wife. The food was good and the atmosphere was good.

John our server was fantastic. Cook was too slow and not accurate. Took 58 minutes to get our food and was not made to order. The 2 tables beside us. Came in after us, had their food, ate and ready to leave before ours came out. John was excellent on keeping the coffee full. Apologized for the delay. Had a great personality. I would give John 5 stars.

Ok place for breakfast. I have had dinner here. Dinner wasn't bad, just not a memorable experience. Stick with breakfast.

We stopped there Saturday the 27th of March about 3 pm. Walked in got seated and was given menu's from that point on we set there roughly 20 mins with no one even given us a second look.so we got up and left. Very few people there too. Worse service ever
