Bob Evans, Massillon OH

Food was good but after being in social distancing for so long I felt very crowded around our table.

Food has improved since the last time we went to a Bob Evan's which was a few years ago. We had stopped going because of the quality of food served.

Service was nice, professional and very fast. Waitress was very accommodating to my 18 month old daughter. Food was great.

We had a rude waitress and had to wait a long time to get our food. I had the pot roast without onions and it made me sick. The ham was too dry and chewy. We weren’t even asked if we wanted dessert, which I did want. I was not impressed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Bob Evans.

Great staff. Great management. They do NOT force their staff to be muzzled Welcoming environment.

I always enjoy Bob Evans. One of our favorite restaurants. It was even better than usual today. Our waitress was top notch. She did an amazing job.

Prices jacked way up, while the food gets worse. Got the everything breakfast bowl. Raw potatoes and onions. Blech.

The food wasn't as good as the last time. But I understand fully with the COVID and everything else. It was good, and the staff was friendly

Server was friendly. He forgot to give my husband his banana bread with his meal but before we left he put the banana bread in a to go container with some extra slices!

This might be the worst one in the area, the mash potatoes are always crusty and today I got extra butter for my rolls and they forgot to give me rolls, it was on my receipt but not in the bag

Ordered three turkey platter dinners for pickup on Thanksgiving morning to take to my mother-in-law in a nursing home and Bob Evans did a fantastic job on prepping the food and having it ready to pick up at the exact time, great job Bob Evans and thank you for working hard on Thanksgiving so others could enjoy your great food, thank you, God bless!

Lived in Massillon my whole life always had great experiences at this Bob Evans. Couple days ago we placed Thanksgiving orders. I showed up early to pick up my order and was greeted with prob the worst customer service ever. Now I understand it's a holiday and it busy but to instantly assume I had the wrong restaurant or that I was wrong, without looking in the computer or trying to resolve the situation, you just call me a liar and basically take the next person in line. By the time we got our order it was missing half the stuff we ordered. The food was very delicious I do appreciate the manager that made it right for us but to the girl behind the counter (EMMA) you do not need to be in customer service.

I ordered curbside, directions were not followed on my meal. I ordered not gravy but received gravy on my cubed steak. Stuffing was dry. I was given no butter for my bread. Not very happy with my order, and this was my first post meal after being sick.

Due to life tragedies we ordered Bob Evans for Thanksgiving this year. My sister made the arrangements and I was going to pay for it.
When she ordered she let me know I couldn't pay til the day of pickup (Wednesday)
I call Wednesday at 1030 (thinking breakfast rush was over and lunch hasn't started) I get the rudest girl. Emma.
She tells me I have to coordinate with my sister and pay when she arrives. I quickly ask to speak to a manager (joe) who isn't much help and suggests I give my credit card to my sister! So, he wasn't much help! I take my break 15 mins after getting to work to call and give my info. I get Emma again! She is especially rude this time. Takes my card all is good. Thursday my sister gives me my receipt and MY CREDIT CARD # IS WRITTEN ON IT! Horrible experience! They were sloppy with my credit card! Insane!

Was so so service. Close to closing so the staff was to busy doing closing duties and a little to personal with each other with jokes. Food waa pretty good.

We visited the Sunday after Thanksgiving and I was very hungry for a Thanksgiving meal, again. I ordered the turkey dinner. It Hit the spot and tasted excellent. We will be back to this location here in Massillon Ohio.

I love Bob Evans. No surprises, always a great meal, good wait staff, clean and pleasant surroundings
