Bob Evans, Westerville OH

A rating of 3.9 is high. This location is terrible. 3 staff for an entire restaurant. They could only seat 4 tables. They are struggling like most with no staff BUT service and effort cost nothing and they cant do either. I had a simple carryout of 2 salads. Ordered 1/2 ahead and still waited another 1/2 hour to get food. Bad management and a staff that could care less. Might as well close the doors.

We had a party of ten and 1 server. She was so amazing! She stayed up on refills, she got the orders perfect, and stayed so nice! I was worried about having a large party and this server was great and made me feel way better!

Good service. I think the young lady was new. Seemed nervous but took good care of us. Checked on us appropriately. Jackie was her name.

I visit Bob Evans on average 3 times a week at various locations around Central Ohio the most Food is always prepared to my liking. Service is excellent. Never have I had a problem.

The food is average. It's American fair that's okay. I liked the turkey dinner, wasn't the most flavorful but it satisfied my appetite. The pancakes were anomic in color but were fine. The sausage/bacon were as expected. The eggs were all overcooked but not horrible. The potatoes were fine. The biscuits/rolls were fine. Price was a bit higher than I expected for what you get. Overall it's what I expected and just okay when you are in a pinch.

No one wanted to help my mother and I. We waited ten to fifteen minutes just for an order for our drinks. I got hot tea and my mom got coffee that was cold and each time she got a refill it was cold not hot. Now we are still waiting for our dinner. Been waiting awhile… the staff basically ignored us the whole time.

In a pickup spot. 15 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pickup.they blamed phone problems.

Shortage of employees like a lot of places are but they were working their butts off and very pleasant under a lot of stress and pressure. Food was delicious! Very appreciative of the hard work for the good food.:)

Absolute fail all around the board. Terrible food and service. Food came out cold, our gravy for the biscuits and gravy got microwaved to the point it was hard to pick up the bowl. The portions of the home fries were something I would give a small child, my eggs came out more of a over hard than over easy. Just disappointed. Need higher standards, especially for the area. Managers need to retrain or properly train staff. I would recommend new management! Will not return! And for a waitress to recommend how I should eat my food was a complete unprofessional and selfish move.

How incredibly dumb in the middle of a pandemic to not have servers wearing a mask!
Thoughtless, uneducated, …. Never again!

This location has continually been going downhill for quite awhile.
I will no longer be ordering carryout from this location.

Lovely restaurant, great food, quick service. The waitress, Steph, was very polite and made me feel very welcome and we'll taken care of. Love this place because they always have something I can eat even though I have a limited diet because of a health condition.

Normal fare for Bob Evans. Good food, but nothing really new or exciting. The service was good, but our food took way too long for an empty restaurant. Still, overall pretty happy with the experience.

Best two items were the banana nut bread which was fantastic, and the cinnamon biscuits appetizer which was fresh and delicious. Sadly, the actual breakfast was pretty unimpressive. The pancakes, hash browns, and eggs were mediocre. The pancakes were basically burned yet still not quite hot when brought out so not ideal.
