Ordered meals to go this evening. The brown sugar glazed carrots were actually not cooked at all. Raw baby carrots with no glaze. Maybe I'll save them for Santa's Reindeer.
Everything was great! Jenny our waitress was so polite, very knowledgeable of menu. Her personnel comment on our bill was so pleasant.
Ordered the banana hotcakes. Ummm where are the bananas? Plenty of pecans. No banans.bacon looks like it is from yesterday. Hard, dry, burnt
Post soccer game breakfast with grandkid. They were very busy but got us seated and served quickly.
This location is chronically under staffed. There were only 8 cars in the parking lot on a Sunday night, so we thought we would try it. Two couples were already waiting to be seated and the host said it would be 20 or so minutes for a table. They only had 2 waitresses working. We were on a time table and couldn't wait.
We haven't eaten at BE for years, but had gift cards from Mother's estate to spend. Saturday morning after Thanksgiving had a short wait, but we reviewed the menu, so we were ready to order when seated. Our food was tasty and filling. We need to eat out more often. This was enjoyable.
Food was super fresh and hot, delicious. Server was super attentive and respectful. Overall great experience
Starting off bad. Nobody much in here. Can't seat me until whole party is here, 2 others. I can understand if I had a large party and the restaurant was busy. Bob Evans teach your seaters some common sense.
One of the better Bob Evans restaurants. Very good staff. Consistent food quality. Servers are friendly and customer oriented. 5 stars for sure.
Food was good and ready on time but im not sure what was wrong with the older lady working the pick up area. Maybe the pick up area wasn't her area and that's why she acted so inconvenienced when people let her know that they had a takeout order. She did the same thing to the lady in front of me. She puts her hands up and goes "OK? " in a confused tone, as to say "why are you telling me". When I questioned what her problem was, she says "I'm going to get my manager". Guess she changed her mind because she never went and got the manager and just brought me my food instead. Only leaving a low review in hopes that it will get the attention of someone in charge. Food was good!
Update 2 years later I tried again and once again the food was horrible.
I know COVID-19 makes things difficult but my breakfast i had delivered a few weeks ago was horrible. The hashbrowns were burnt black. The gravy was brown and made me sick to my stomach. The toast was burnt.
