Bob Evans, South Bloomfield OH

If I could give zero stars I would. We have ordered from here thru their app a few times and something has always went wrong. This time we didn't get our food at all, I call the store and I'm told door dash picked it up. I told them I never received it and the girl talked to her manager and he basically said not his problem we have to talk to door dash. Well I didn't go thru door dash I went thru their Bob Evans app. So. I have no order number or anything. I call door dash and she tells me that she will call the store and see if they will redeliver it or if not, refund me and that they don't deal with the money bc Bob Evans takes it out directly. The manager plain out said nope they are not remaking or redelivering and they would not refund. So basically the girl from doordash got a hold of Bob evans support and opened a case to get me refunded. So as far as this location. I will never go to again because obviously the manager feels his store is doing good enough that he doesn't bother with good customer service. Never once got on the phone with me or even tried to figure anything out. Poor management. If corporate reads these reviews and has ever wondered why this location does horrible. I would look into management.

We had a family get together. We were there over 2 hours. The restaurant was almost empty after the first half an hour. I got 1 refill on my coffee in 2 hours. Same with everyone else's drinks. No offers for desert or more refills in that time. Bob Evans restaurants have started to go down hill since covid. Food is so so, service is poor to sucks. Doubt if we come back to Bob Evans in Ashville again.

Staff was wonderful! Food was mediocre. Bacon was barely done and potatoes didn't have the usual seasoning they were plain.

Every time i order take out either they short us food or its way over cooked will drive the extra miles to go to different location. Manager is very rude as well.

Dominic was wonderful to us. So friendly, helpful and hard working. He obviously loves working with people.

Waitress was slow, not busy in there at all. Asked for no back on my food and it was removed after touching my food only for the server to bring it out anyways. Food was dry and burnt and small compared to what I have had at other Bob Evans which is why I asked for them sandwich.

I've been at this location twice in the last week, and I can't say enough good things about this Bob Evans. Today I ordered the honey roasted chicken, mashed potato's and corn, and it was perfection. Service was spectacular! Thanks to Kimberly and the whole crew behind the scenes, that made this a nice quite lunch.

It took forever to get our food. We ordered breakfast and by the time we got our food it was almost time for lunch. They were slightly busy. But less than half full. For a Saturday morning they should have been more prepared.

Very slow service not the waitress fault but the kitchen waited forever on food. Got an order to go and had to wait another 25 minutes. Usually don't have any kind of problems.

Great food usually pretty good waitress. A couple of them take away from the exceptional ones.

Had the turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, carrots, cranberry relish and rolls for lunch. Brought half of it home for supper. It was very good! I wish they had that in a smaller senior meal. Sister had biscuits and gravy and neice had HUGE salad. It was all yummy!

You can't go wrong with a place that has bacon as an appetizer. And that new Orange strawberry with a lemon twist drink is to die for. Great prices friendly waitress. It was my 1st time there and I will go back

As the pandemic dies down the food is getting better probably because they have less brand new help. I had a turkey dinner it was excellent big plate of food had to work on it just to finish it

I always went there for marching band sectionals. It's alright. Pretty good but nothing special. The strawberry citrus splash was slappin though! Staff could stand to check in with the tables a little more often, however. Good service, just need to check in more.

Food was good.the waitress I could've done without, she was very rude, from the time we took our seats she had a attitude, we had just received our meals and she was already rushing us to leave hadn't even took a bite of our food and she slammed down the bill and to go boxes. That seemed like a get out now suggestion to me!

Food was mediocre. Had grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese was very space. French fries were not hot.
