Bob Evans, South Euclid OH

Walked in and immediately heard management arguing with a server. Sat and waited 45 minutes to be sat after being told it would be 15 minutes, we got up to ask what was taking so long (in an extremely polite way) and were told they thought they already sat our party. Then it took another 15 minutes for our “server” to greet us, except it wasn’t even our server but a manager. A table that walked in 20 minutes after us received service before us, this manager kept walking past us and attending to other tables (it was not even busy) She then forgot to give us our drinks for another 15 minutes after getting the order. She messed up our order and food had to be remade. At the end of our meal, an actual server took over our table and she was very sweet. Everyone at my table works in the restaurant industry so we were trying to be extremely patient because we understand things happen and normally I would never make a review but this was crazy. Very very poor management. Thoughts and prayers for the servers that work here

Staff showed no interest in serving us. Food was bland and was certainly not what was shown on the menu. Will not return.

Bob Evans on Cedar Rd, is not as good as it use too be. Most of the staff walk around with attitudes and complaining and not a friendly atmosphere. The two times my husband and I went the food was okay, but my husband's pancakes were real doughy even before he put the syrup on and he said they tasted like he was eating a mouth full of flour with syrup. The first server we had, Queen was very friendly and attentive and the second time we were there our server was not so great, I couldn't even get the water we asked for until I asked another server if she could get it for us because our server was too busy questioning another customer about the establishment they owned and looked as though he was irritating the customer with all the questions about how their food tasted and disappeared for most of our visit and by the time he showed back up we had the check given to us by the manager and was about to leave. Hats off to Val for being the only server on staff who actually acted like she liked her job and took care of her customers. I had my husband tip her just because instead of complaining or telling us she couldn't get our waters because she wasn't our server, she got the waters and did it with a smile. She was very kind. As for this establishment we won't be back any time soon, my husband said we will be sticking to The Original Pancake house, it's a little further away from home than Bob Evans but it's worth the drive.

Oh man. The food wasn’t great… the waitress was nice but took forever.the food took forever. My fries didn’t come with the sandwich and I actually finished the sandwich before I even got the fries. Waitress had mask on but wore it off her nose so I’m not sure what that could accomplish. It was all a bad experience. Definitely not coming back.

I get it’s a chain restaurant but this food is horrible. ZERO seasoning or FLAVOR it’s just bland food and it’s there policy to make the food bland. It’s for people who have no taste buds!

The waitstaff was really helpful. The food was ok. But my biscuit was really dry and crumbly. And the food lacked seasoning.

Very nice spot to eat. The food is so good and so is the price! Service was a little slow with someone new. But they did a great job and will be back!

Our server today was a sweetheart. He was very attentive with us and our family requests. Good experience and good food!

Late breakfast on a Friday morning. My brother and I were pleasantly greeted. We had a pleasant and attentive wait staff. The food came hot, fresh and quick. It was a very good experience.

I ordered from the Bob Evans in South Euclid via Door Dash this evening (bag was still stapled upon receipt). I didn't wind up eating my food until a few hours later. I get to the last few bites of my green beans when I bite down on something hard which come to find out is a whole eaaring! I was eating with a spoon and only had light from my tv so I didn't see anything. I am beyond upset and especially, with us being in a pandemic. I will say I have never experienced any issues from this location before but this will most definitely be my last time ordering from here. The 1 star was because I had to rank something to be able to post.

Ordered curbside breakfast and was very satisfied! Delicious! We ordered the chicken breakfast and sausage biscuits so tasty. Definitely will be back

Just tried to order for pick up and I asked for hash browns and then grits. When she said grits are not served after 11 am, I told her ok and that was the reason for ordering. She and myself confirmed that I was canceling the order. She just hung up! No sorry, have a nice day, roll over, etc. I was like wow! Customer service training is needed.

The WORST! It took an hour for a salad that was a call ahead/to go order. Bread smelled like it was starting to mold and was hard as a brick. I've been here twice and each time the service was slow. Definitely won't return.

Fish was overcooked. The waitress barely waited on us, didn't even check on our drinks. One person in our party didn't get her salad (her meal) until everyone else was finished or almost finished eating. Staff seemed to not care about customer service. We usually love Bob Evans, but this location is not great, so disappointed.
We also had issues with a curbside order a week ago. Not impressed. ️

My omelet was terrible everything was thrown in the omelet. The omelet was over cooked as well. I have had so many better experiences. This one is terrible

Visiting Cleveland and had breakfast here. I used to love Bob Evans, especially the sausage gravy. Some things have definitely changed with their food. It wasn't bad but it wasnt the Bob Evans experience I expected. My son-in-law said the pancakes seemed like the frozen kind. He was able to hold it in his hand and it was stiff. I tasted one and it had a good taste but it was pretty firm. Not soft and cakey. I'm giving 4 stars for the service. I can't remember our servers name but he was awesome. He got everything right even when the food wasn't.

Tried to order online, which failed for some reason. Went to pick up when the order should have been ready and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only took an extra 20 minutes to get food after we actually ordered.

Outstanding customer service, DJ was awesome taking our orders, and Sam was amazing with her customer service skills. Both should be promoted.

This is the most disrespectful Bob Evans on the Eastern side of the U. S. We ordered drinks and food that took 15 minutes to get in, then another 15 minutes for the drinks. 50 minutes later we never received our food so we walked. Others walked in AFTER us and we’re almost finished eating. Just as we were leaving the manager was walking to our table and asked what was going on, but we had not said anything to anyone, so she KNEW what was going on - they were NOT waiting on CERTAIN PEOPLE OF COLOR! That’s UnAmerican and unGodly!

It was a little scary.no curbside delivery. Empty place, order not timely prepared.
It was like the few people there had something else to do.

I had a GHOST TOWN experience.
