Big shout out today to the cooks, servers and management for their hard work today. Thank you!

The waitress that took our order either had too many tables to take care of or should maybe write down what people say. I ordered coffee, a ham and cheese omelet. My sister ordered sausage gravy and biscuits. Never got my coffee till she realized at the end she never brought it to me my sister got her food ate it and I still didn't have mine. The waitress comes over to us and says your pot roast is almost done if she wouldn't have said something they would have made a pot roast. Then she turns around and lies to our face and says no she put him an egg omelette in. I asked for the manager he did make it right he credited my sister the entire bill because it's ridiculous that we had to wait over a half hour for a ham and cheese omelette. I was in a hurry we stopped in there thinking it would be a quick easy good meal and that was the worst experience I've had at a Bob Evans. I do appreciate the manager making it right though for my sister. The waitress we had either needs retrained or she needs to start writing things down and stop thinking she can remember everything.

First time ordering take out but they nailed it! From delicious food and condiments, to flatware what a great experience

As a secondary place to go to for lunch The food was great The service could've been better and The atmosphere was sanitary So all around it was Good but average

This is the best Bob Evans ever. Food is great and staff is super. They remember you and are so friendly.

Bob Evan's Will always be one of my favorites. I love their tasty meals! Their biscuits are a must have every time we go! Delicious! And I also have special memories taking my dad to breakfast there many times.

Not exactly family friendly with some of the stuff they're letting happen. One of the hostesses seemed it necessary to place her "pronouns" (he/him) on her name tag. Unnecessary especially for a corporate place like that. Not some individually run establishment.

Amazing staff who went the extra mile to make my friend’s birthday memorable. Nice food with great taste.

Would definitely not recommend. I am a huge fan of Bob Evans but obviously not this location. We were there last night. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, the chicken was undercooked and rubbery. I asked for a replacement burger and it was pink in the center. They did take the original sandwich and soup off of my bill but I couldn't even eat the replacement sandwich. In fairness I did not let them know about the issue with the burger because at that point I was just ready to leave. My granddaughters grilled cheese was cold and dry, the sweet tea was not sweet, the server didn't bring things until reminded. Once they messed up the original sandwich they just seemed annoyed and like they couldn't be bothered. I will continue to dine at Bob Evans just not at this location.

Bad service in these days of social media doesn't surprise me anymore. Just sucks that gr8 classic restaurants have been & continue be tarnished because of this lazy intitled & inattentive generation

Breakfasts are fantastic. Lunch and dinner menu has really disappointed. Removed alot of the comfort dishes. From now on its a breakfast only spot.

I went after a Doctor appointment and didn't realize until I went to pay that I had accidentally left my wallet at home I was going to ask if I could call in and pay on my card like it was a to go order but they comped the bill for me! I was so surprised and pleased because I was so embarrassed that I had left my wallet at home. So thank you to the manager and my waiter Zach!

It was July 22,2022 when I met a Army buddie and his girlfriend at Kent Bob Evans. It was late just before closing, they drove all the way from St. Louis, Missouri for my son's funeral the next day. The Manager/assistant manager and staff were so kind and understanding, they let us stay and eat while they cleaned and finished closing up. It allowed us to catch up and help me get through the night, before a very stressful emotional day. I can't thank them enough

Friday, 3: 50pm-ordered to large grilled chicken salads-one they forgot the bacon the other they forgot the blue cheese. One the chicken was dry and hard the other chicken was fine. Never offered or received any rolls, bread or crackers with the salads. Waited 20 minutes after asking twice for a coffee refill. Terrible service and disappointing meal.
