Bob Evans, Elyria OH

Excellent service! Great friendly helpful staff. Organization was on spot for pick up of Thanksgiving family dinner of 8 on Wed. The pie and cranberry sauce was a tad too sweet for my taste but as a meal it was yummy. Glad there was enough gravy for all. My favorite was the dressing. It came with excellent directions on how to heat what when to have meal ready at once.

Here at the Griswold location and having a very difficult time with the manager trying to get seated for 11, instead of taking the "customers" advice on the area to accommodate both the waitress and us, they want to be difficult.

We waited 2 hours for our drinks our food never came we got it 20-30 minutes after the tea. We asked for tea 4 times. Food was good though

I ordered takeout from the Elyria, Ohio location (Griswold Rd.) which was delivered. When we received our order, we were missing a drink, the wildfire sauce for our salad and the ranch dressing. When I called the restaurant to talk to them about our missing and incorrect items, the lady who answered the phone told me the delivery person must have stolen our drink and that she put the dressings in the stapled bag herself. The bag was delivered to us fully intact and stapled. Did the delivery person steal our wildfire and ranch dressing too? Instead of rectifying the situation and just giving us what we're missing, she argued with me on the phone. We were told we'd receive a call back which never happened. What a horrible customer service experience. HORRIBLE.

The quality of the meal is just not there. I remember a time when you were excited about the food. Not anymore just seems like a waste of money

Staff was wonderful. Quickest we have ever gotten in/out of any Bob's. Appreciated that on our trip. Food was great as always.

We had a nice breakfast. I ordered The Whole Pig which included ham, bacon, sausage patty, as well as sausage links along with eggs of your choice and a pancake and a french toast. We also ordered a kid's meal along with the Grandma's Special

Excellent Service! The food was excellent also! The server we had made eating there wonderful! It was nice and clean there too! I loved how courteous and attentative the server was!

Cold mac n cheese and soup.no cranberry sauce that was supposed to come with my meal.food was not at right temp.i ordered doordash, and i live literally 3 minutes away.horrible.

The disappointment today was real… I went in for breakfast with my mom what i ordered came with 2 eggs. Ask for them over medium and the server came out with hard eggs very visible that they where hard I asked him can I please get these eggs remade which he kindly reply absolutely… comes out 10 mins later with hard eggs again… by then my food was cold and being the second time I asked him to take them cause I didn’t like them. They took $3.50 off my check of a meal I couldn’t even enjoy lol. You would think the manager would come to the table and make sure everything is ok (I been working 8+ years in the industry so I know how the cookie crumbles) I never ever complain so I paid and left HUNGRY! It wasn’t the servers fault tipped him very well as I always do! Shame on you and the poor food service…

I didn't care too much for the omelette they not made like you expected to be made so basically I would not eat there again

I went this morning with my cross country team and the service was great! Our waitress was very kind! Can't wait to go again

Quick service from waitress very friendly.
At the check-in station trying to carry on conversation and she was not a people person. This definitely does not help Bob Evans business. But I always enjoy my dinners or my lunches are my breakfast there unfortunately this time I was not too happy at the check-in station. She was blonde on the heavy side short stature.

Passing through on the way from NY to Wisconsin, the restaurant was very clean, the staff was very pleasant and the food was pretty good as well. It's basically a classier version of a Dennys.

Coming home from a road trip and saw this Bob Evans close to the turnpike. Expecting the same great meal we get at every Bob Evans was a mistake on our part. Our server was evidently new, and things were very slow in spite of an empty restaurant. Food quality was horrific. Pancakes were flat, undercooked, but edible, hash browns were white, cold and mixed with burnt pieces left over on the grill. Definitely not the servers fault, however, the manager seemed overly harsh in dealing with her employee.

Actually only 1 Service person, Precious, available, she was a warrior! Service was still awesome (5 stars for service) she deserves a HUGE raise! There were two in my party. We both ordered the two breaded chicken breasts meal. Chicken breading was a little overdone BUT the meat was still tender. Carrots (cooked) were also a little dark, but still had a good flavor. Staff was (obviously) short, but this crew worked as a team and got meals out. Hoping this crew is treated as well as they treated us.
