16The past few times I ordered for delivery the food was either ice cold or I had to finish cooking the eggs. Frisches breakfast has been much, much better.
Service was bad. We had to go get the waitress to take our order. I was with a group of ten. No one checked to see how things were going. 4 of us had to send our food back because it was cold. The coffee was not even hot just lukewarm. Worst experience
Today I had the Steak and Egg. Steak cooked medium well and eggs cooked overlight. When asked if I wanted hash browns, fruit, or breakfast potatoes, I asked if I could get the potatoes with onions, peppers, and cheese. It was delicious. They should add the loaded potatoes to their menu. It was so good. ️
Wow! If I could give 6 stars I would! My family and I came in the morning after santacon, and boy was I satisfied by the homestead breakfast. David was an amazing server and knew the menu like the back of his hand. David definitely deserves a raise! Everything down to the butter was just fantastic as if my grandma churned it herself. The hostess truly cared about me and even remembered my name. David, ill be back!
20 minute wait at 9: 15 in the morning with a half empty parking lot. Chronically understaffed. We left.
Yesterday's Thanksgiving fiasco was one for the books. There was no chance to put in a reservation for Thanksgiving and now I'm glad. The wait was over 2 hours for a table, but what's worse is that there was no wait staff to serve anyone.
We made reservations at another restaurant and were seated and ready in no time, on Thanksgiving. How can a restaurant touting a Thanksgiving meal and service be understaffed on Thanksgiving?
Stood at the front to be seated and everyone just simply kept walking by not acknowledging us.
Great food, and value. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated, but it was also a Sunday at about 11: 15am. Service was also a little slow, but our waitress was very nice, and they were pretty busy.
Ordered Holiday Dinner online pickup time was a placed time it was highly unorganized I suggest for Christmas you bring in a outside Management to make this a smoother Transition otherwise you are loosing a lot of Business which I don't think you can afford with things somewhat normal after covid
They canceled our Thanksgiving day order 15 minutes before was supposed to arrive at our house. Ordered a week in advance
We waited 15 minutes, before someone even noticed we were waiting to be seated! Once acknowledged the host did not return. We decided to leave after another ten minutes. Boooo!
The food was very good. I ordered the crispy chicken, biscuit, mashed potatoes/gravy and corn. It was made perfectly. There was some issues with some other orders, missed pancakes but the waitress was very accommodating and fixed the situation quickly. The dining room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Pretty disappointed. The waitress was wonderful. But the food was cooked really fast it was half done.
My office gets take out a lot here. 50% of the time we are missing something pivotal. Gravy, no biscuits. Missing fruit, meat, toast or even orders of banana bread. Yes, the person picking the order up should check it. I'm fully aware of that. Today I got blueberry pancakes and they forgot the blueberry topping and Whipped cream. Also forgot my side of bacon. All I'm asking is for these orders to be double checked by the staff. It takes 2 minutes. Also, I have attached a picture of the pancakes. This is what they call blueberry pancakes? Pathetic.
I needed catering for an important corporate breakfast and knew that we had Bob Evans delivered to the office previously. The hours I needed were not available online, so I called and talked to the manager, Kevin, who said he would come in early to prepare our order and deliver himself if necessary. He did just as he said! Not only was he punctual, the order was perfect and the quality was great! Thank you for the great experience and making what could have been a stressful beginning to the day, stress free!
