It's always an excellent dining experience here.
The food is good, although I think the portions are getting smaller (like many other restaurants).

Poor everything all around. Could not even get a refill on my beverage. No one ever came back to check on us. Except to give me bill

Ugh. Would not recommend. If you're looking for friendly service, you won't find it here. From the moment we walked in, the dirty looks and palpable tension could be felt. You could tell this was not a place where coworkers liked one another or were happy to help customers.

The sign at the hostess station said "Please wait to be seated", so we waited. And waited. And waited. At least two servers saw us standing there, nobody said a word to us, so after several minutes waiting, we left. It's not like they were even busy and having seen their customer service I can see why.

Had a waitress who was learning the job. She did a pretty good job.it was about 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Figured they didn't have enough kitchen help. Her supervisor asked if I'd received my salad, which I hadn't, but she brought it quickly after that. Food was very good, with enough to take home for another meal. Their prices are very reasonable, especially with the price of things these days! Bob Evans is always a good choice when looking for a place to eat!

From moment my 5 yr old D and I walked in the experience was bad. Was not greeted with a smile we are used to as regulars. Waitress never came to check on us after ordering. I ordered the dang hot chicken. It was smothered but n extremely too much saus and the tx toast was a soggy mess. The chicken was no longer crispy. When the waitress finally did show up I told her it wasn't very good and she didn't ask me hat was wrong with it just left the check.lil ones breakfast piggy pancakes were served without syrup. My goodness who eats pancakes without syrup. And the bacon was burnt. All in all I'd give this no stars but the raspberry lemonade was good. Terrible food and worse service.from weekly regulars!

I ordered the rise and shine burger, it is always a good option to choose. The side of fries were done as well. Although the portions here are on the smaller side. My waitress was distracted with other employees, however she was still helpful and swift with our order. The atmosphere is very clean and organized.

The banana they put on the pancakes was very brown (rotten). The server should be running quality control.

Our server was phenomenal her name was Katelyn, her service was far and above, her recommendation for the Nashville hot Chicken was like she said it would be. She was extremely friendly and prompt. She could easily become a classic frriend. My wife and i will be back just based on her service. Glenn and Robin Jones

They forget me every time. They put me around the corner from the main area. Second time they forgot my half and half for coffee. Had to go and ask for it. Never bring me water until the end of meal. I had to ask for that also. Breakfast was very good

Pretty good food at this Bob Evans I recommend the sole filets or the salad with fruit and reasonable prices

The waitress was OK, she didn't bring my extra drink or the bread.but we did get exactly what and how we ordered the meal itself. The welcome waiter was superb. He had such a pleasant attitude. The food was great and the restaurant was clean.

Paid $5 for a cup of cheddar baked potato soup only for it to be filled halfway and only 4 bites.not happy

Food was good but not worth the money! Portions were small and make sure you check your food if you pick it up. Something/s will be missing!

Very busy today, Kelly was excellent as usual she walked past and see that your cup or glass is half-empty or close to empty and have another one there or ask you if you need one.she's always very pleasant I think she really enjoys her job.
