Really disappointed the last two times here. Food has been awful and the service was not the best.

On a road trip stopped at this place to grab a bite to eat. Was told there was a 20 minute wait. No problem.we sat for 30 minutes and watched them seat 3 other families before us. Then asked to find out when we would be seated to be told they didn't even put us on list. Appreciate you wasting my time.

Thank you Bob Evan's! We enjoyed the choices of menu items. Food was delicious, and I can't say enough about our server, Donnie. Perfect place to go.

A little slow but who isn't these days? Only real complaint is being ignored trying to put my name in while servers squabble over what sections they were given vs. What sections they wanted.

Chris was the best server we have EVER had at your restaurant. He was quick and very polite and checked on us several times.

This was the WORST experience I've EVER had at ANY Bob Evans. I am highly disappointed with the food AND fhe service. We were sat in the far back corner and had a server that was in another dining room. We ordered 3 cappuccinos and when they came to the table, they were cold. Our food had sat in the window too long after it had been cooked. The syrup and the gravy had a nasty film on top from sitting, the eggs were dried out from sitting and I had to ask for my fruit, after she had already come back to the table with the milk I had asked for 45 minutes before the food came out. We were at the restaurant an hour before we got our food, not to mention the fact that it was 45 minutes after we ordered our food before we saw Madalyn, our server. I am from out of state and looked forward to visiting Bob Evans because it's my favorite spot in Troy. I spent $73 on a table full of dried, congealed food that sat too long in the warm window and cold cappuccinos that were supposed to be hot. We asked for strawberry jelly and received grape jelly. This makes me never want to visit and spend money with the company ever again. I truly wish I could give zero or negative stars because that is how I feel about my servicd from this morning.

My friend Duffy took me out to Bob Evans for Breakfast early for Father's Day what a wonderful place to eat especially if you get there early and faster service the phone is great I have been there more than once a week in fact we have a breakfast for the last 3 days in a row I like having someone else cook me breakfast and serving me with chocolate milk

I've been to this particular location 3 times now. Everytime the staff is excellent, and the food is fast and delicious!

Indianapolis has closed all of there's. I love bob evans I now go to support our people but I don't go for the company. So I ask my fellow Americans support our workers not the ceos I'll order small but I tip big.

Failed to prepare over easy eggs.
Failed to heat blue berries for hot cakes.
Over charged 1.25 each slice of banana nut bread.

Got my order and got back on the road pretty quick. This restaurant did real good even being super busy when I stopped bye.

Had a server who was scatter brained and couldnt listen. Got a new server who started being kind of mean. We were checking our order and it was off of course and when we tried to correct it we were told if your gonna be rude you can just leave. When we went to leave after not eating we were told by the server if we don't pay we have to call the cops. And she instantly got an attitude and started going off. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Ordered a chicken meal. One piece of chicken was burnt nearly black, the second piece was as tough as plastic and inedible. I did not get the rolls ordered or the banana bread. The corn was raw. Dessert was good, although the container was not quite closed and upside down in my bag. I can't imagine being served this in the restaurant and find it sad that's what's going out with delivery orders.

We went here on a Sunday! And the hostess was definitely iffy. She separated our family on different sides of the divider kids on one and adults one the other. And it’s also a little off on time and her exact words it was three minutes to I don’t know, holly was her name but she deffinetly had a good spirit and a laugh from what I could see. But on the other hand our server Chris was amazing! He definitely deserves a raise! The food was time efficient and he was very nice cheers!

Food was delicious, as always, but the waitress was less than desirable, to be polite. I think Stephanie was her name. Restaurant was near empty and she only visited the table when absolutely necessary. No checking on empty drinks and long waits between those necessary visits. Not one visit between ordering food and delivering food which was about 25 minutes.

We had not been here for a couple of years. We were very happy to be at Bob Evans for breakfast! The food was really good and the service was excellent! I had the homestead breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! The biscuits were melt in the mouth good! Thank you.
