Bob Evans reviews
18We were rushed to order, but the waitress did take notes of all the changes / substitutions we made to our orders. She said All the changes were doable, and she even suggested a few to us. It was only two other tables occupied besides ours, so I'm really not sure why it took over an hour to get our food, but when it came, we noticed that they did not adhere to any of the changes/ substitutions. They also forgot several of the items we ordered. Maybe It was a bad night for them, but seeing how this was our first time at this location. I have nothing else to compare it to.
Everyone is short staffed and that's understandable. Still for as empty as the place was. It took 5 mins to be seated. I had to ask twice for a menu/silverware. Finally no one, checked on me, refreshed my coffee or even verified if I needed anything.
Very good service and great food. I will go there again for sure. A great place to eat at for dinner.
It was fine. I was pleased with the server and the customers were even friendly. Our breakfast was timely consideriung we were on a schedule. Well done.
The food was good. But the tables and chairs where sticky and dirty. The bathroom floor was slippery, no caution signs anywhere, it felt as if I was walking on oil or grease.
Bob Evans E Main st And McNaughton Rd Reynoldsburg Ohio Is The Best Bob Evans We Go To They Never Disappointe Us We Use To Go To Bob Evans On E Broad St In Whitehall
They need to train their employees better and they're always standing around not helpful wouldn't refill my coffee
The host was terrible and skipped our name or didn’t actually call it outloud. After we sat inside for 40+ minutes. I know they saw us sitting there. So to not check and see if we heard them is ridiculous.
Food and service were great. I wish I could remember the young man's name who took care of our table. He was awesome! They have a great $7.99 meal which has 6 options. It's the perfect portion size and great price.
The Bob Evans on Main Street in Columbus is my all-time favorite! The food is perfect and customer services is always top notch! Im never disappointed.
Food was amazing service was amazing. The only reason it lost a star was that it felt rushed. We sat down, got our drinks, and then got asked 3 times about food. We have not been there since before the pandemic; we wanted to read the menu lol.
The staff was very pleasant and the food was prepared nicely with nice portions. We had a really great waitress as well and her name was Felisha. It's our 3rd time going to this Bob Evans in the last couple of months and we have not any issues there yet.
I think the place could have been cleaner than that, I had a good mocha coffee, my eggs and Ash brown was cold…But my French toast tasted okay. Our server was very polite
Service was excellent and food was hot and served in a timely manner. I did have a concern but the Manager Ti is taking care of it. I will dine in again in the future
I order food from this Bob Evans frequently. When I pick up my order I am always greeted warmly and served promptly. I ordered the Pot Roast family meal for delivery today. The delivery was timely and the food was absolutely delicious. The food was nicely prepared, and presented. This has been a difficult time for all but I would like to thank the Main St, staff and management for caring for your customers.
They didn't give me everything thing that I paid for. I didn't realize it until I was home.
Thank you East Main St Bob Evans for the cold food and making a bad day even worse. At least I
think you've cured me of eating at any of your locations, the Pickerington location didn't teach me well enough, I suppose. I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 4: 14 today with a pickup time of 4: 46. I live about 5-6 minutes away and headed over just past 4: 35. I called from the curbside parking spot at 4: 42 and the person who answered said they'd be out. I waited for 15 minutes before heading in at 4: 57. The manager on duty was at the counter and I told her I had called 15 minutes ago to pickup my curbside pickup and she asked for my name - the order was sitting on the counter. As she handed it to me, I repeated that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, to which she said she didn't hear the phone and asked if someone had answered it. I replied they had said they'd be out in a couple minutes. She apologized and said she would speak to her staff. I drove five minutes home, immediately got the food out and much of it was VERY cold, some of it barely lukewarm. We're not talking sitting for 15 minutes and it's cool, but more like it was sitting for at least 30 minutes. Aren't there food safety measures that are supposed to be in place? If I wanted cold food, I'd have had it delivered. The whole reason I chose curbside was so it wouldn't have a 30 minute drive around town while the driver makes a delivery or two in the opposite directions. I get it, food service and retail are hard, I've done both, but never did I give my customers cold food.
It wasn't very busy but the wait was about 25 mins to get seated because they only had 2 servers.on a Saturday morning! They were nice enough to explain and said they just wanted to ensure everyone got good service which I felt was very courteous. Not speaking badly at all because we all know short staffing is happening everywhere. Didn't have to wait too long for our food which was good and our server Nicole was great.
