Our server was very quite rude,
Made a stink about our 11 month old being "in her way to serve us"

Had the most amazing service today the food was good not a bad wait time definitely check them out

After an 8 hour drive from the South Dakota border, this was a great place to stop and eat.

The food was good, but we saw people outside smoking, took a while to get seated. When we got seated and got our food it was sort of cold, and the blinds had MOLD on it.

We come here at least once a week now thanks to Tamika & our new favorite Sharia. Hopefully these 2 wonderful ladies stay here awhile because they are awesome! Give them a raise or take care of them so they never leave here lol

Only 2 tables being used when we arrived. Person outside smoking sat us touching our napkins and menu. Ordered and waited 25 minutes to get food and had to ask for refill of drinks. Had to walk through employee smoking on the way in and on the way out. Would NOT go back!

I had the biscuits and gravy with breakfast potatoes - everything was so heavily salted it was almost inedible. Looking around the room the average age of the customers was around 68 - was bob evans trying to give them all heart attacks?

The waitress told me that most of the food “comes out of plastic bags” and the just heat it up on the grills.

Skip this place and have a better breakfast literally anywhere else.

The service was fabulous! Grace was very attentive and happy mood. We're traveling if we lived near here we would definitely come back. If ever we are coming through here again, we'll stop and Grace.

The food wasn't good, the service was friendly and welcoming but the food
tasted old and not fresh.

Didn't excpet such fun good service when we made a quick pit stop here. Wasnt aware they closed at 9 and we went in 45 minutes before closing. They were so friendly and didnt seem bothered or rushing us. The cook and host were so fun and them alone made us want to go back.

Food was good. Have not been to one in a long time. It was odd that the gravy came on the side of my biscuits. Service was good.

Bob Evans is my go to for a home cooked meal when I am traveling. I live this chain but.our waitress tonight was rude, condescending and seemed to be having a really bad night. We were overly kind to her thinking we set her in a bad mood at the beginning bringing 2 young chdren with us but it appeared to no avail she was not nice to us. (She was really nice to the other tables she was serving). My food was the breaded baked chicken and mash potatoes and the chicken was undercooked like crunchy. Really bad experience for us. We will be avoiding this restraunt in the future.

Was traveling with family and was looking for brunch. First stopped at another popular family restaurant that was a stones throw away. Waited 15 minutes there and was getting agitated that we hadn't even been acknowledged. Was looking out the window and saw our favorite, Bob Evans, just a few paces away and directly walked out and into a friendly atmosphere. Was greeted and seated promptly. Our server "Sandra" was very attentive, friendly and a breath of sunshine. She made sure our food was prepared properly, quickly and even sent us on our way with to go drinks. She was just what we needed! Thank you for being there!

I love the food the employees are awesome they're really nice it's a wonderful place to eat it's nice it's clean his peaceful but I recommend anybody to go there

I called in my order (soup)
When I got there, (the soup had too be heated up,)
Then took forever too bad it up
But
It was Good

If you totaled up all the horrible people you have encountered who work in customer service they would all work at this place. The cook who refuses to take an order because to quote him “he’s just a cook and doesn’t talk to people”
And the black lady with the ugly blue hair who freaked out when I told her I would be eating in instead of doing curbside pick up but because of her horrible attitude changed my mind and decided to take it to go because the whole encounter at that place was horrendous. Hope the food is good to make up for the horrible customer service. See other reviews about same complaint.

Raw sausage patties, ice cold eggs, hash browns…extremely inedible…hopefully they keep their word and refund me!
