Bob Evans, Eaton OH

We had to wait quite a bit (20 minutes) for pancakes. There were only two other people in the restaurant at that time. Their order came before ours, but we were setted first, and we even ordered before them. Everyone was very friendly, so we did not say a word. My blueberry pancakes had a funny aftertaste like powder or old mix.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time we go in to this one it is so short staffed. They always mess up orders. We had an order for carry out got it home and it was all messed up missing a drink and was ice cold. They told us to come back up to get what we are missing. The rest of our food was cold. And asked to speak to the manager but the manager is unavailable becsuse they are on the grill because they are short staffed. Was oretty much told to call back at 1230 for another manager will never go back here again

Went there to try their caramel apple breakfast choices. I really enjoyed the food. The caramel apple french toast was the best part of the meal. Also purchased their pumpkin bread and banana bread to take home.

Not a long wait to be seated, our waitress refilled the coffee and got our orders correct plus the take out order.

They screw up every online order.

The worst Bob Evans EVER. Eaton Ohio.
Looking at 8-10 empty tables while waiting to be seated, was told 10 minutes to get seated which took 30 minutes, then sat another 10 minutes watching people seated after us being served, never did get so much as a cup of coffee, ended up leaving. Will NEVER go to this Bob Evans again, truly poor service.

This is a very nice country cooking, with burgers restaurant. The service was good and the food was good. I would recommend it.

Our server Aaleih did an excellent job. She pleasantly managed several tables & many requests from customers in her section. The cooks would've made it much easier had they paid a little more attention to the items they served. The bacon was missing on my chicken sandwich & the booth next to me didn't get their French toast. The bottom part of the bon on my chicken sandwich was totally soggy from the wet piece of lettuce placed on the bottom.

They will bring you things you didn't order and charge you for it. The manager was extremely rude about taking it off our bill. If a cup of gravy comes with the meal they will bring you a bowl then charge you for it and have the audacity to ask you if you ate it. The manager knew exactly how much I ate because he cleared the dishes from our table and had to tell the waitress 3 times we were ready for our check.

A MANAGER SHOULD NEVER BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THE COMPLAINT IS. IT'S THE PRINCIPLE THAT I DIDN'T ORDER IT NOT THAT IT WAS $1.50 MORE.

He probably did more harm because they had a big line of customers trying to get seated and another big line trying to pay to leave. Now we know why the parking lot is empty most of the time. Their biggest competitor was closed today.

We visited again today. They had 6 tables of people in the entire place on a Sunday morning and the food was cold. So disappointed. At least the rude manager was not there.

6/6/23 They can't serve us because they have a table of 20. It's Tuesday morning at 9: 30a. What do you mean you can't serve more than 20 people at a time. The dining room holds more than 20 people.

6/7/23 We tried again today because we just really love Bob Evans. The food was hot! Woohoo! The poor waitress just really needs help. It's really hot and miss at this location.

7/16/23 Everything was great. Erin was great too. She was the only server and we didn't wait for anything.

7/31/23 This place is just ridiculous. 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Today the breakfast meat was wrong on 1 plate. The bacon on the other plate tasted old and funny. We didn't get the breakfast meat until the rest of our breakfast was gone and we were waiting on a check. They didn't do anything to make it right. We keep trying but it's time to just give up on this place.

8/8/23 The table is soaking wet. Only one other table with customers in the entire restaurant. Dirty dishes on several tables. The waitress didn't write our order down. It's definitely not looking too promising today.

Love Bob Evans. Never Been To One That It Didn't Feel Like Coming Home.

Had trouble getting stuff we needed they acted confused. The food was good, but I might not use this Bob Evans again, not very customer friendly as other Bob Evans we go to.

When we arrived, there was one bus boy, and one waitress and no hostess one person in the kitchen. All in all, the staff did a fantastic job.

Great food. Great service. Great people! And some really cute waitresses! The gal in the kitchen on mornings makes the best breakfast and she's really cute also!

Received what I ordered, was satisfied. It's pricey, but I needed something healthier. Bob Evans provides a large variety of salads, vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits.

The wait to be seated was a little slow as there was only one server when we arrived. But the wait to order and food arrival was short! Staff were wonderful, food was great! Large portions. Only downside is that it is a bit dark in there, and our server always had her head down, so it was hard to catch her for something. She never asked how we were doing.
