Nice stop after we had a long trip. Food was good. Our server was Martin and in spite of the appearance they were a little short handed our service was outstanding.

It was for doordash. So I am just rating that part of the service. I personally don't eat at Bob Evans. I used to work there. Not my favorite place.

Always. Great to military. Veterans Day Specials during the whole time not just til 12pm on Saturdays like Dennys did. (People work on Fridays) Friendly staff too!

Food was amazing and our server was so kind! When we went to check out, our hostess Hannah was being rude and arguing with us when we tried to explain that our receipt wasn’t matching up with the total she was telling us.

Server was fantastic but the food wasnt. My French toast was super burnt and the replacement they brought had a few little chunks of onions so it tasted like onions.

The rancher BBQ beef dinner had 2 potatoes at most and they were quite crispy.

Kind of disappointing.

Waitress was very good but the food in my wife and my opinion was what has happened to the omelet, we asked for bacon omelet and could not eat it. Thank you

Classic Bob Evans experience. Our waiter was very nice. The food was good and prepared quickly!

The menu is typical for the chain. This wasn't the nicest one I've been to. It was reasonably clean, but not "sparkling " clean. Wait, staff was attentive, but had to return a few times with forgotten items. I had the fish, which had a hard coating around an overcooked piece of fish. I shouldn't expect much more. The kids enjoyed their hot cocoa, so that's all that matters.

There were 10 of us who got together for a birthday lunch. They were busy, but the wait was short, and the service was great.
Husband and I ate tonight, and the service was great, and the food was really good.

Food was really good. Service wasn't great, but I think the server may have been fairly new. Usually pretty good.

We stopped by here on our way home from Cleveland. The staff, food, and restaurant was great. To all that are in the area please stop by and get a bite to eat.

Food was ok. Asked for mayo for a sandwich and never did get it.
The restaurant is dirty. We were in a booth by the windows. The blinds on the window were dirty and sticky. Window sill was just as bad. Someone had stuck a bar code sticker on the sill and you could tell it had been there awhile. The seat in the booth had a probably 6-8 inch rip in the seat. The whole restaurant is due for an update.

It was pretty laid back. The waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. I don't regret taking my mom there; it was an all around good experience for the 2 of us

I never write reviews, however, I felt this warranted one. Maybe by doing so, things can improve. I don’t know. I dined in at the Arlington rd.location across from target. It was just before 4pm, Saturday. My young daughter and I got there and they weren’t busy but there were a few tables. First things first, the host asked us how many in our party and then had to go check for a table, came back and said she had to wipe one down real quick. It was slow, so why they didn’t have any tables cleared is beyond me, alas we waited patiently. We get sat and a server comes up fairly quickly to take our drink order. My daughter and I however were not sure what we wanted to drink as we didn’t know if we were eating breakfast or dinner items. I told her I’m sorry could we have a minute and she just said okay and walked away. It seemed like 10min went by before a different server came up to ask what we were drinking. I thought that was weird that I had a new server but whatever, I tell her my drink and she asks if we’re ready to order. I wasn’t but my daughter was. I asked if she could put her order in first, and it come out as soon as it’s done and she said sure. I place my daughters order and then I continue to make my decision. Meanwhile, the first server I had seemed to be taking a long time with her tables because I could see one table looking and hear them sort of talking about her. I watched her ignore that table for 20 min before she asked them if they needed or wanted anything. My daughter and I both get up to go to the bathroom when another customer is at the register asking for their bill because their server disappeared. Then that same server tried to take syrup to a table that hadn’t ordered yet and then admitted she was telling other staff that NO ONE needed syrup and that would explain why her other table that needed syrup complained. She had her tables mixed up. I watched all the servers never greet their tables promptly as it did start to pick up and when they did it was just “what do you want to drink” no “hi, how are you? ” Our food took about 30 min to come out and my daughters came at the same time as mine. Again, whatever. There were several dirty tables around, the one next to us was dirty from when we got sat until we left 1 hour later! I did see the general manager come out and buss tables the one next to us included, yet I watched two other hosts at separate times try to seat someone then double back to a different table only to ask them to stand and wait for them to wipe off one, or they walked clear to the other side for a clean table. My daughter and I drank our entire drinks and they were completely empty for at least 5 min before our server asked if we wanted a refill, which we did. Our server or any other server never asked any table around us how their food was. It wasn’t busy and yet we never seen them. I seen the same server from before get asked for a water and she completely forgot then also admitted to having other food to run and that’s why she forgot their water, and then almost harassed them to agree to TOGO waters when the lady said “I’m fine now, I’ll just drink this other drink I already had”. I waited for the bill longer than I should have. Overall, I didn’t have a literal poor experience but the whole dinning room did collectively. It was all around just a lack of good customer service. I tipped my server almost 50% of the bill (their food is cheap and 20% of my check was $5 and I tipped her $10). I still tipped because I’m a server too, but that whole place needs some serious training in hospitality……
