Bob Evans, Canal Winchester OH

Took 20 mins to get seated 4 ppl ahead of us another 40 mins to get food never go back cashier didn't even offer anything off just said we only have 2 cooks sucked never again

Great service! Food was out in timely fashion and always with a smile asking with a side of "can I get you anything else? ".

My MIL ordered the fish and it came out over cooked. They replaced it and it was still over cooked. They tried

Server addressed me as " hey brother".
I cant seem to edit this.this is the wrong location.the correct location was on route 256 in pickerington.

So disappointed. I took my break at work and wanted a good breakfast. What I got was watery eggs with a piece of tomato on top and super uncooked hash browns. The meal was the 3 egg breakfast combo. The little pieces of my hash browns that I did try were slimy and stiff. How do you mess up shredded hash browns? You could literally burn them and people will flip them over and still eat it. Biscuits were great though.

I ordered bacon which was very soaked in syrup, hash browns tasted like oil, husband had omelet which was undercooked, toast was not toasted but was layed on a grill and tasted like oil. Overall we love bob evans but this time was horrible.

I completely enjoyed my trip here.besides the smell.the entire building smelled like straight POOP!
Unfortunately I believe the smell may have been coming from a disabled employee greeting folks coming in the door. I totally support disabled folks working just like the rest of us, but if that means everyone has to smell the mans poop bag/diaper while they're trying to eat food they paid for then it's not okay.
It totally ruined my meal because it ruined my appetite, and I guarantee I was not the only customer who noticed.
I saw 2 older couples come in and turn around and leave before ever being seated. And I saw 1 family ask to move their table to the other side of the building.

The food wasn't great at all. Very bla d and didn't look appealing. Took a few bites and just asked for the check and left. Service was good.

Would not make an omelette the way we wanted! This place is terrible, customers should get what they like! Awful service!

The store looked nice and clean. We got our meal to go, so there wasn't a lot of time to look around. The server was great! The food was very nummy and it was reasonably price

Food was fantastic! Had breakfast and cracker barrel ain't got nothing on Bob Evans! In fact, Bob Evans was more enjoyable because the staff wasn't trying to shove booze down my throat! Keep up the great work!

I ordered my usual chicken cob salad with avocado. The chicken used to be real chicken strips, it is now processed chucked chicken nuggets. The Avocado used to be real slices, it is now small amounts of cheap guacamole. The tomatoes are now frozen, not fresh. Also the lettuce was old, dry, and brown. I’m so disappointed. The waitress said corporate changed ingredients and offered to take the salad off my bill. She didn’t take it off my bill, just offered desert.

The waitress mumbled and was distant. My wife's food came out on a dirty plate and the waitress acted confused as to what to do about it. Worse experience here, ever.

They're literally was NO chicken in the chicken and noodles deep dish entree.
The food quality here has declined. It's better to charge a little more for quality comfort food than lose customers because of poor food quality.

My wife and I had lunch at the Canel Winchester Bob Evans yesterday and Angie who was our waitress, did a great job. Our food was hot and was very good to eat

Every time we decide to give old Bob's another chance, they just come up short. Our home fries were incinerated and our toast was not toasted. I mean, these are the basics and they just miss the mark. I'm sure we'll forget and try again in 6 months, but I'm not holding my breath.

The food is good, although my cod fillet was overcooked. The service is friendly if sometimes distracted. Still, it's a good place for a decent bite to eat.
