They were a bit short staffed, as most places are, but the employees were trying so hard, the wait person was so friendly and fun, are food took a bit longer than usual, but just a few minutes and it was cooked right so overall, due to the employees hard work, the experience was very positive

Ngl, this is a breakfast go to for my family. Everything's always right and delicious. The thing that got me to review this place after almost 10+ years of going here was the new BBQ Mac and cheese. Omg I don't know what took people so long to realize that put stuff on top of Mac and cheese is so good.

Our server was Jain and it was her fist day working. She seemed real nervous but she honestly did amazing.

TLDR; Easy, quick and delicious food with great service.

My Family and I were seated at a dirty table, and the hostess never asked to take our drink order. We left after 20 minutes of waiting.

I never did make it to this location. As I exited the highway, I expected to find this location just off the interstate. After driving about a mile, I decided to opt for a closer location to the highway. I'm sure Bob Evans was nice, I just didn't want to drive anymore at that point to find them.

Looking forward to a late breakfast at Bob Evans, but it went downhill from there.
Placed our food order at 11: 40 AM. Our order arrived shortly, but no coffee arrived. No water at our table either. Coffee finally arrived as 12: 07, yep, 27 minutes for the coffee to finally arrive. The waitress had it in a "to go" cup since it arrived too late. Then the bill showed up. It listed $3.09 for tea, but my wife uses special teas, so $3.09 seemed awfully expensive for just a cup of hot water.
The cashier took the coffee and the tea charges off of our bill, we paid it and we left. When I got to my car, I poured the "to go" coffee into the mug I use in my car, and discovered about a tablespoon of coffee grounds inside the "to go" cup.
Clearly not the customary Bob Evans quality of service we are accustomed to!
One good thing to note, our food order was as ordered, except for the drinks and the coffee delay. The food was good, so at least the kitchen performed as we would expect from Bob Evans.

Horrible place. Full of horrible managers that yell at staff and mistreat them. There is no training of employees, and the managers think they can figure it out for themselves. Therefore, create a drama and a toxic work environment for these poor kids that actually do figure it out and work hard. Walk away from this place it needs restructuring. Take it from a father who had a child work here. Don't support this location. Boycot it.

I feel like they change the menu. The food is fresher. We enjoyed it. Definitely we will be back.

Wasn't quite as good as most Bob Evans we'd been to. Maybe an off day, maybe I jinxed us by boldly stating I've never had a bad experience.

It wasn't bad, just not quite up to their standards I've come to expect. It won't stop me from going to Bob Evan's they are an excellent restaurant for breakfast.

At 7pm, needed a table for a party of 9. They said there was only 1 server and said they couldn't handle 9. The place was empty but 1 table. We left as soon we were told that. Nice going guys, keep up the good work. Negative review it a must.

I did curbside pickup. Everything about that was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the potato soup. It was more like a cheese and potato casserole, was nothing like the soup I’ve had in the past. So it was almost $9 wasted.

My kids loved their Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The kids' meals even came with drinks and their own ice cream sundaes It was all delicious and very affordable. Thanks!

Excellent food at a fair price, Excellent service family type atmosphere. We are a group of men that have lunch there every week. They make us feel special.

We got to Bob Evans at noon and only waited 5 minutes to be seated, they were not busy at all and we ordered our food, asked for biscuits which we never got, we each got 1 drink each, she never came back to check on us once, never brought refills, never brought biscuits. The table across from us was 4 adults, they sat down about 15 minutes after us and order after us, they got their food before our waitress even checked on us and it was 1pm. We walked out without eating. That was the worst service ever! Won’t be giving them any business anymore! I know everyone is short handed but just to bring biscuits out because food was taking longer or give a refill or even stop and ask if we are doing ok isnt too much to ask when we could see her just standing behind the counter doing nothing.

The hamburger felt like it was. A frozen Patty warmed up. I asked for well done. There was no difference.

Went for dessert: strawberry Cheesecake pie. For almost $5 (add coffee & tip) we were greatly disappointed in very small slice (clumped on plate/no cheesecake) as well as presentation. Could've been so much better!

Definitely not one of the better Bob evans. Food was cold and sloppily thrown together. Employees gossiping and restrooms were a disaster.

Everything was great! Our waitress was on top of things and the food was hot and delicious! I highly recommend!
