7 months later after my original review of this Bob Evans, this restaurant is gross. The ceiling is dirty, the windows are always dirty, there is chocolate milk all over the table dividers. I don't think this restaurant has been deep cleaned in years. I'm starting to question how clean the kitchen is and if I really want to eat here or not. This is one of the grossest restaurants I've been to. All of the windows in this building are greasy and very crusty. Let's not even talk about the restrooms.
They should go back to what they bought
And quit trying to improve a place that was perfect
Left my IPhone on table. Called back they denied it was there. But I know it had to be. That was the only place I went to. I'll never go back there again & I'll never recommend it
I feel very unappreciated…. Management will not respond to my review from 7 months ago… great team awesome food 10 out of 10 would recommend…. And as always please don’t pour the great nater taters coffee anymore
The food was excellent, and the service was even better. My issue was when I got to my daughters home so we could eat. I was shocked to see the gravy containers only half full. This meal was 150 dollars with about 5 table spoons of gravy.
Twice, my friends & I have been to this extremely understaffed restaurant. Employees & management does care. We had to “ write “ our own names on the wait list! Which, was over a 20 min wait. Asked Management & said, “ Corporate won’t let them hire more staff”. Yeah right! Ended up leaving with 3 other customers. Staff was way too happy. I hope they close…. Due to poor & useless management!
Ordered the country biscuit, a side of sausage and an orange juice. 2nd time i have had take out here in the last week and both time there is minimal gravy on the country biscuit. Using half or less of he normal gravy has now annoyed me enough that I will no longer be coming back to this bob evans. No value
Very slow at seating, even when they are not busy. They pack you into a small area with everyone else and the rest of the seating areas are empty. Food seems to be different every time you go. No consistent portion size or final product.
Went in for a Hot breakfast. Food was barely warm when we were finally served. They also had on the AC while it was 26 degrees outside when we arrived to eat. Our server did have it turned off for us but, someone turned it back on. Completely understaffed and not very clean. We had to wipe our menus because they had soda pop spilled on them. I was very disappointed
I'm soooo tired of this restaurant not being able to check their orders. Why should I be held accountable for them being stupid. My order is correct everytime, but they highlight the receipt like they have checked it and I get grief over it. PLEASE read someone's order and fill it correctly thats what we pay you for and it's what I pay for.its a simple task read an order and check it, why is this conversation even necessary?
Was Not seated. Restaurant Not crowded. No waiting line or list. More than 15 minutes of waiting. Took my name then ignored me.
