Bob Evans Express, Columbus OH

This place lacks respect for customers but filled with bad management. I was told there is a 10 min wait but it took 35 mins to get the order. My flight was gonna leave soon so I asked the lady if I can get my refund. She said she can’t do this because the manager is gone and nowhere to find, and there is only one person in the kitchen making 20 orders at the same time. After 20 mins she was giving out orders whose numbers were behind me with A LOT cheeseburgers while my order is just a single cheeseburger. So I asked again and she went saying “don’t ask me. I don’t know how to do this. This is my 3rd day at work and I’m not getting paid for this. ” Then she walked away and completely ignored me for another 10 mins before handing me the burger, which is a 2/10 burger. AVOID THIS PLACE! They are not handling their customers with respect and have no idea how to deal with various situation. All they can do is screaming at customers and asking for patience while customers are boarding soon.

Cheese was like jerkey.

The cashier up charged us for products we never got and I couldn’t dispute it due to our boarding time.

I ordered the pot roast bowl. It says it comes with a biscuit. Guy handed me the little bowl with no biscuit. I asked if I could get the biscuit. He said “it doesn’t come with a biscuit” I said “the menu says it does” he said “nope”. I showed him the menu and he shrugged and said “ nope! ” and just kept chatting with his friends.
They forgot the gravy too. Sad little bowl, with great potential. I was the only one in line, so it wasn’t about them being too busy.

Came here and expected airport food. I travel every week and this is by far the most disgusting food I’ve had from an airport, not to mention it was cold. Simple egg mcmuffin and the muffin was extremely hard and chewy and fire sandwich was not even Luke warm. Threw it right out after two bites. Avoid this place at all costs. Bob Evans is not what he used to be biscuits all that's not what it used to be. But if you just want some breakfast and you're either going to a flight or whatever you can stop in there. And get a biscuits or whatever you want

I just stopped in to get a bottled Coke. The guy running the register was super weird. He kept mumbling to me how he was glad he was about to be off and complaining about how expensive the drink was that I was purchasing. Just a strange experience.

They won't make a sandwich without cheese because there was a line waiting. What kind of an excuse is that!? The people working in the kitchen didn't have a line, and if they are making more sandwiches to sell how difficult is it to leave cheese off of one. Been stopping by in the mornings while traveling for several years and won't be going back.

Sandwiches available already done for faster service. Customer service was very friendly for me. I purchased a bacon egg and cheese sandwich wich was delicious. The next item was a fruit and yogurt wich was even better than the sandwich. I think the Sandwiches were seven dollars wich is pricy but you are at an airport so what would you expect lol. It was very convenient and the wait in line was speedy so I can't complain here and don't want to lol. Thank you for being available for my needs until next time my friends at Bob Evans stay yummy

I wanted to order from here but they were closed on a busy Saturday in the airport. Could not really understand why.

Pretty quick service and lines were not too long. Convenience to boarding locations. Food just ok

They are out of eggs. The credit card machine did not work. The sandwich and coffee were so bad I went across the hall to eddie George, and got another breakfast. At a sit-down restaurant with table service the food was about the same price, instead of an uneatable sandwich, bottle of water and coffee, I got a delicious plate of eggs, hash browns, toast, coffee, and bacon.with a smile!

Do not eat at Bob Evans go to eddie Georges.

Don't! - There is a reason the line is short.

The cashier was friendly, but the joy stops there.

See the photo for the egg and cheese on an English muffin. The disappointment was huge this morning. This was more expensive than Starbucks, and only 2 dollars less expensive than Grill 27. I felt cheated. Cold sandwich, muffin not even toasted, egg square not warm.
