I only go here to service vehicle. And I never had a bad experience. Customer service here is amazing take the time to talk to you and are you feel at home. The techs even brought me to my truck to show and explain to me what was wrong. Highly recommend going here.
While traveling from Chicago to Cleveland, my Ford Fusion's engine light came on. Since I had many more miles to travel, I contacted Gillingham Ford in Parma and was told to bring my car in for a service check. They pinpointed the problem, had the part to repair it, and I was on my way feeling safe and appreciative of their squeezing me into their busy schedule.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Will Monske for excellent follow-up and advice. Thank you, Will. You are an asset to Gillingham Ford.
ATTENTION! This may open your eyes on how they do business. TERRIBLE! Do I have to give a 'star' rating at all? ! Not sure they deserve a rating with how they do business. SO, I was working with them on a F-150 XLT offer (Nov 15,2021) and I had asked for the final out-the-door price with the X-Plan discount included (with taxes/fees NOT included at this current time). And the sales guy had the audacity to say "my boss said that he will sell it on the X-plan to you 'only' because you know [his daughter]. Give me a deposit and I will give you the numbers. "! Really? Who even talks like that or tries to sell like that? ! Its terrible to know from a place that represents themselves as trying "to earn your business. " Well knowingly, I do not need to know anyone [including the owner's daughter], other than the person who gave me the X-Plan code for the discount, which is a friend. A person of character, unlike your sales team! And for that matter, who would ever give a deposit without knowing the price of a vehicle? ! Hey Bob, you and sales reps' sales methods are dirty - but, hey thanks for your service to this country! Good luck everyone!
Everyone was so nice, professional and great to work with. I worked with Mike in service and then Eric in sales. Mike and Eric were great and easy to work with. Eric was just absolutely wonderful. This was my first purchase on my own and it went so smooth. Thanks to all!

I have taken my truck to Bob Gillingham for service multiple times, only because it is the closest dealership to my work and it makes drop off easy. NEVER AGAIN. It has been a headache and terrible experience every time. I have been lied to multiple times by the agent I’ve had to deal with. If they can’t fix a problem then they just tell you that they cannot re create it. The serv adv.admitted to me that the mechanic saw a problem on the phone, then when I went to pick it up, I was told they couldn’t recreate the problem. I was still charged the deductible, and then they will try to make it sound like they saved you a ton of money. I could go on and on about multiple issues I’ve had with the service department at Gillingham, but long story short, do not take your vehicle there for service.
