My finance Lead Specialist Yolanda Henson at the North Olmstead, Ohio store was ABOVE AND BEYOND!


The manager Ralph Bonilla at the North Olmstead, Ohio store was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of each product I purchased!

The only part I DONT LIKE is I ordered a lot of furniture, paid a lot of money in October and I have to wait till March to get all my pieces. Check delivery before making purchases.

Robert was very helpful with helping my son make a decision on what kind of bed and mattress he wanted. Even though my son didn't completely know what he wanted. Robert was patient and understanding to his needs.

My future bride and I purchased September 29th a piece of furniture at the North Olmsted location. We were really excited, happy with the customer service and initially quoted a delivery date of December 2. We were fine with the delivery date as originally quoted but weren't anticipating countless delays past this date. Since our purchase date, we have receive 9 emails pushing back the delivery date to various times with no reasonable explanation. We have tried to reach out to the management team and they do not give us a response we can trust. We understand that there may be delays, but it feels we were deceived and the expected delivery date is months away form the original quoted delivery date. We were under the impression we were purchasing an item they had in inventory, however, that does not seem to be the case. They have our money, we still have no furniture, and we have no trust we will get the furniture until well into 2022. Buyers beware.

In Response to Owner:
My money was provided based on the information I had at the time of the sale, and I still have no furniture. I appreciate the contact, but this is a very tired and overly used corporate response. What I’m gathering from your response is because Bob’s and its vendors are not staffed properly, I have to suffer the consequences. In what world is that fair? This is a business transaction; I gave my money with a promised date, and you are not holding your end of the business transaction. It’s deceitful. I certainly understand minor setbacks and delays, however, after 7th, 8th, 9th delay (and we expect more at this point), that is completely unreasonable. We are now be quoted months past purchased date, and at this point I don’t trust your guarantee I’m ever going to receive the product. This is a greasy, foot in the door sales tactic where minor delays and pushbacks are being communicated that result in major delays MONTHS back from delivery. In speaking with other family, friends and coworkers who have purchased from Bob’s they have experienced the same delays and issues of quality upon delivery. Other well-run companies are not continuing to use the COVID excuse. This is unacceptable. It’s funny how I’m not being offered a discount for the inconvenience. That’s because the Company got it’s part of the deal (my money) and does not care the least bit about the customer experience on the back end and carrying out its end of the business transaction. I doubt you would give me a product and then wait months later until I gave you a payment without any recourse. Should be embarrassed. Again, workers we dealt with were great, but the whole point of the sale is that I get something in return, and I have nothing. Therefore, I will continue to warn other buyers to stay away.

Kimberly Darby was our sales person. She was the most helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and fun person to deal with. Although we didn’t buy anything today, Kimberly will be our go to person in the future.
