Bombay Sitar reviews
21The best Indian food we have found in the Akron/Canton/Fairlawn area. Ingredients and recipes were fresh and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
First time, so I got the House Specialty. It's a tasting of Tandoori chicken, lamb rogan josh, and vegetable korma, with naan and soup. Flavors were good, the medium spice was pretty spicy. I will definitely be back, I'm glad to have it right up the street.
Wonderful experience here! Cozy, plenty of room the evening we visited. Our awesome server Summer took good care of us, guiding us thru all the many choices and spice levels that are offered. My Baingan Bharta was delicious! My new favorite place!
Love this place! Food is always great quality, HUGE portions, amazing Naan bread (also highly recommend the chicken tikka masala) and the staff is always super kind and friendly!
Delicious Indian cuisine. This restaurant is an island in the sea of chain restaurants in the Belden Village area. For a long time it was the only Indian food in town (at least that I knew of) until the Kabob and Curry opened up east of the mall.
The lunch buffet is good and I highly recommend though it doesn't have as much variety as you'd expect from say a Chinese buffet. But this is definitely tastier. Bottomless Na'an bread is a winner in my book!
Only been there on one occasion so far. Food is good. Staff is nice. Prices are reasonable. Will go there again.
This is my single favorite restaurant in the state of Ohio. There's a large array of Indian food spanning the spectrum from delicious vegetarian to wonderful goat and chicken dishes, and in a rare occurrence I would actually recommend going here for lunch when they have the buffet as you get to sample everything, it's overall the best value, and because they're so busy the food on the buffet is typically a lot fresher than you find at a buffet.
I love this restaurant. We come for the buffet which has a huge selection of curries and condiments.
The buffet is wonderful and I don't usually care for buffets. It's a great way to find out what you like if you're not familiar with Indian cuisine. So far there has been very little that I didn't enjoy!
Best Indian food I've ever had, let alone at a buffet. You can literally wait and see grandma coming out of the kitchen with a fresh batch of naan every now and then to stock up. Wish I lived closer.
We love to go to Bombay Sitar for the lunch buffet. It gives you an opportunity to try dishes you might not order otherwise. At times they have a goat or lamb curry, always have tandoori chicken and additional chicken dishes, side dishes, lettuce salad, chai tea and mango lassi. Good quality indian food for the price.
Great place to dine in. Their prices has gone up consistently which is the reason why I gave 4/5 but if they fix that i will fix it back to 5/5
This is a great Indian place to visit in Canton, OH.
The food was incredible and the service was top notch. You even get as much rice as you can eat that coincides with your main course. There is so many options of food to try here that you will keep coming back for more. Highly recommend! Will visit again.
My wife and I decided to try this place out while on a road trip. Our Airbnb Host told us about it, so we figured we will update give it a shot (neither of us ever had Indian food previously). The food was very satisfying and filling, and the drinks were exceptional!
We drive from Wooster for this place. Consistently the best buffet around. All other Indian buffets pale in comparison to this place.
Bombay Sitar has the absolute best Indian buffet. We don't even live in the area anymore, but we drive 2 hours for the buffet; it's that good. Their samosas and chicken tikka masala are the best I have ever had, and they always have a wide variety of vegetarian options as well. You will not leave hungry. Also, the bathrooms are always clean and the service is spot on. The only criticism is that the ladies' room doesn't have a wide stall for wheelchair accessibility.
Me and my wife have come to LOVE Indian food over the last couple years and this is as good as you're going to find. We usually go for their lunch buffet (get there before 2 PM), which always tastes fresh, has a ton of options and is better quality than many Indian restaurants I have been to. We come here at least once a month because we love it so much.
Large menu. Knowledgeable staff. Spice "heat" levels accurate. Didn't try it but there were others in our group that spoke highly of the lunch buffet.
Love the food. Great for both dine in or takeout. I prefer to order off the menu bc then it's made to order (fresh) and you can choose how spicy you want it. The buffet is also nice though and has a good variety.
Looooove it, clean, friendly, great food, drive an hour to get here and my family keeps coming back
