I just had my roof replaced today 10/05/2023 and I am very happy with Bone Dry on how the do business from their very friendly salesman John Strobl who was very through in explaining and showing the material they use to the employees who came out early and stayed on the job and did a wonderful job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

We had squirrels getting in under a roof ridge vent. Bone dry suggested replacing inferior vent with better quality. The guys showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They even texted me pictures of before and after job. Looks great and we will see how it keeps squirrels out of roof.

They also had the best warranty among the quotes I got when I was looking for a roofing company to do the work.

Bone Dry Roofing does a great job. They put my roof on 10 years ago. I have had no problems except for damage from raccoons, which Bone Dry Roofing repaired. They are very dependable. I plan to stay with them.

Very poor communication. Installed a chimney cap and the sales rep, Bryan, barely responded to my texts. Then I had to call the office because a certain person was supposed to text me but that never happened. They quoted me at 500 dollars, then weeks later after not hearing anything, I followed up. Then they say it's actually going to be 900 dollars. For a chimney cap. I told them I'm not going to go through with something that expensive when they misquoted me. I was able to get it down to 800 dollars but again, very poor communication on their end. I was excited at first because I saw the good reviews, but had a different experience. Hoping the chimney cap doesn't fall off this winter, but we'll see.

They were very easy to work with from scheduling an inspection to completing the project. They were helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and did the job in a timely manner.

Bone Dry roofing did an amazing job with my repairs. They were quick to get to my property, do a comprehensive review, and had tge repairs done in less than a week. Joey was very professional, informative, and honest. Ill be using Bone Dry Roofing for all my roofing needs.

This amazing team are beyond my expectations. It happened so quick since the original estimate and I was MORE impressed with their hard work, exceptional “craft”, and staying until the tough job was done (and cleaned up). I will recommend Bone Dry to ANYONE looking for exterior work. I’m extremely thankful!

Full disclosure, I work for Bone Dry so making the choice to have them replace my roof was a no brainer. The warranty is awesome, and from my experience I know they’ll handle anything that comes up and honor the warranty. Brandon and the crew were on time, very professional, and super easy to work with. Through the entire process I had peace of mind. From the first truck pulling up to the last one leaving the entire project went seamlessly. They sent me photos of the whole process, the crew went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.

Had some damage from storm to my roof. Contacted Bone Dry and they sent Gabe out for an estimate, he was very friendly and got a quote back to me and was able to schedule the repairs in a reasonable time frame. They updated me throughout the repair with pictures of work. Would highly recommended them if you’re needing any work done on your roof.
