Employees need training on basic library skills; the setup of the store in the arrangement of books, the various genres, current bestsellers. Furthermore, some training in customer service would be good.

A very unique and eclectic mix of books, magazines, games, cards, collectibles and gift ideas. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Convenient Westside location just minutes from i90 west in Rocky River.

The one in Westlake center ridge totally sucked they couldn't help my roommate to save their lives went out to the one in Strongsville and were treated like royalty they took care of the problem right away.

Beautiful store. Clean and quiet, the man working was new but still informative and knowledgeable.

Nice store. I love a good book store. Clean with friendly people and a nice variety of books. My only complaint (and it is kind of minor) is that I felt like they had the room to have higher shelves and more books.

Great service and selection of books and neat things you would not expect from a place like this.

I'll give 5 s to any book store these days just for existing. This is a chain so not as fun to explore as a private book store, but it's a solid place to stop at for a last minute gift for a kid's birthday party. Can never go wrong getting a child a book.

The selection is eclectic. Books, of course, but also a large selection of pop culture, sci fi, and fantasy toys, collectibles and ephemera.

Wouldn’t allow me to return a book after one day of purchase horrible management Jess they don’t care about there customers, I then called the strongsville BAM and they happily returned my book no problems this goes to show Rocky River BAM is horribly managed and mean.

Great store all around I hope it stays in business. Books are so much better to look at before you buy than to shop for online.

My first time here and I enjoyed it. Everything was well-stocked and organized. Huge selection of Manga and magazines. Only con I would say is that one of the employees was a little off putting for me. I feel like the employee was annoyed by my questions to look up a book for me and they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Other than that, a fantastic bookstore. Reminds me of Barnes and Nobles.

Love this place. Great manga selection. Always clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also I have gotten some very good recommendations on new books.
