Boost Mobile, Cincinnati OH

I've visited this location many times over the last few months to make payments on my bill and to purchase new products and the sales people in the last 6 months have been amazing. Lorena has helped me the last two or three times I've been in the store and she has vast product knowledge and always suggests the best product for me. She has a great personality and works well with customers. I would never need to research a phone because Lorena already knows every detail about all Boost products. She's great to work with! Keep her and raise her pay!

Very friendly. They even let a non customer charge their phone without a hassle. Super nice people.

Need additional help. Salesperson kept having to jump back and forth between customers. Could use more display models of cell phones.

Awesome staff two months ago was the first time I actually went to boost instead of doing it over the phone and the young man that works at the westren hills location gives extraordinary/outstanding/excellent costumer service next time I go in I will get his name because someone should be made aware of his going above and beyond to make our experience a great one, you very rarely find costumer service this great anywhere anymore

Everytime I go to this Boost Location, people are super friendly, offer great deals, straight up with you an don't try to upsale for there good but for yours. Lorena is the store manager and she is so helpful, her and the other girl that works there. Just hooked my son up with a hover board go-kart on the low. Wouldn't go any where else, thank you Western hills Boost! Mucho gracias
