5The little girl who works the is rude.the mess up my payment and refused to give me a refund.not acknowledgeing there skrew up
Recently took my neighbor who's unable to drive.
Only simple 2 requests:
-Update his debit card for autobilling.
-Ask if his phone from here features wireless charging.
Boost Mobile guy didn't update debit card as phone was turned off w no warning next billing cycle.
Employee only mumbled had no clue if phone purchased just months earlier here had wireless charging. Only offered to check if he were eligible to upgrade to a new phone.
EPIC FAIL! Grateful Boost isn't my carrier.
The employee was rude. She charged us for every little thing and we left without a phone. Horrible experience.
I bought from this location in the past and was told I was getting an upgrade to my phone but it was actually a lower grade phone and it was defective on top of it. That was a few years ago and I was forced into going there again because they were the only store that still had a 4g phone that had a 4g sim card in it and guess what happened once again? I WAS SOLD ANOTHER DEFECTIVE PHONE! At first it wouldnt download but the man did some updates on the phone and the problem seemed fixed but the following week I've had even more problems with it. It takes you off sites ur on without u doing anything then there are times the screen wont do what its suppose to do when u touch the screen. Now the volume has problems! Its only been 2 weeks since I purchased the phone but since its past their 7 day policy it's now a warranty issue. This now makes AT LEAST 8 phones in a row I've bought from these stores that have been defective. I'm actually getting ready to speak to a reporter over this issue because it's such a problem with all Boost mobile stores. They are selling used and refurbished phones as new ones. Also all their 4g phones now have 5g sim cards in them and they do not tell you they tampered with the products so they can force customers into 5g service plans. Boost has had its problems but since Dish has taken them over they have gotten so much worse!
