Boost Mobile, Toledo OH

Returning customer who was concerned about stability of Boost Mobile. Met Devin who put me at ease based on knowledge, personal and professional personia along with phone options. I did not hesitate to come back. She was so sharp, I had to ask if she had a vested int! Erest in Boost Mobile. She replied, No but after two years, continues to be excited to about representing Boost Mobile and helping customers. Thank you Devin.

Went there today about 230 or 300 my girlfriend got a new phone for Christmas, the stylo 6 she use to have the stylo 4, but when she switched everything over she didn't have no service with her new phone witch was odd bc her old one had perfect service. She end up needing a 4g sim card for it to work, instead of the 5g one it came with, she had amazing assistance at this store!

Called ahead and said I was coming in to transfer my kids phones over, arrived 10 minutes later to a note on the door.back in 15 minutes.waited only to have employee show up walk in move sign and walk back out.

First time in this Boost store and the sales lady looked like a crackhead her lips were dry and she had on a scarf and was really rude she acted as if she didn’t want to help us she was also on her personal phone having a loud conversation. I will never come back to this boost store if you want good customer service I suggest you go elsewhere. You guys need to fire the lady that works on Sundays because I’m not gonna spend my money with someone who’s very rude and unprofessional.

I bought my daughter a cell phone. Very friendly staff. Gave me a better deal then any other Boost Store.

This was my second time going to the store on airport highway, and it is my last. The sales associate was in the computer, and didn’t greet me. I had to ask if I could make a payment. I felt like I interrupted her phone call. I couldn’t make a payment, due to the store not having any currency to give me change back. The sales associate said “ can you go across the street to another store and get cash? ” I don’t have enough to break a $20 bill. I never saw her get up to check or attempt to figure it out. The sign also says no refund or exchange on any purchases. Hey that’s not the Boost policy? I’m done.

I have gone twice today waiting an accumulative of over 40 minutes and no one ever came. The door was locked but the lights and open sign were on.
