Boost Mobile, Cincinnati OH

Online hours indicate that the store closes at 8pm tonight. I arrived at 7: 20 wanting to purchase two new phones and the store is closed for the evening. I will go to a different location, a location that sticks to the posted business hours.

The onsite rep was awesome the owner is the complete opposite. I paid $406 for a refurbished phone that is apparently not even compatible with the new network that Boost now uses. The stipulations where if there are any issues bring it back in 7 Days and we can refund or exchange the phone.
Well come the seventh day when I have the time to address an issue that was noticed the day before. In the evening after the store had already closed. Nothing can be done and I have to file claim with the phone insurance, which I have to pay 175 for that.so now I'm out $581 because BullS@#t.
Like i said the instore rep was cool but when he facetimes his boss he was sleazy in my opinion because it was the seventh day and wouldn't even let dude offer a refund or order a replacement then have me come in and get it when it arrives

This Boost store is now a T-Mobile store I went in and bought a new phone and explain to the sales rep that I am basically ignorant when it comes to cell phones when I left the store with my new phone I felt are you even less about my phone then when I went in basically no help whatsoever with T-Mobile swallowing up almost all the major cell phone companies they need to spend a little bit of money and time on training their sales staff about their product that they sell customer service is a lost art here

Tonya was amazing even though I was there a little bit longer than I wanted to be she didn't take one break handled customer after customer they came in non stop ive never seen anyone multitask so Much and remain calm and collective, without losing their cool

Only one person working and the store was packed and the selection of phone is not good at all and I had left and got some food just a few seconds away so that the people in the store would be done with what they were there for and when I came back to the store (20mins b4 closing) they had already gone out and locked up and I had told them that I would be back and I was going to get a bite to eat and let them get done with the other customers and the lady just left and left early at that.

It's always someone different working there, that never know anything or can answer stuff about their own product. I wouldn't recommend a dead dog to this place. Poor customer service unless you speak Spanish.

Sign said open till 7 on Saturday but they were closed at 530pm. Thankfully there was another location open 15 minutes away on W Kemper Rd.

Very clean store. Dani is very professional and courteous. Its the only boost store Ill go too.

Only 1 employee working about 6 customers in store. Lady working was stressed and you could tell. Wasn't helpful at all and didn't solve my issue

Scratched my S9 Plus! Bought a phone and came in to buy a sim card. The lady grabbed my phone and started manhandling it! She then gave it back and told me I'd have to wait because there were people waiting to do the same as well! When she gave it back it had a huge, deep scratch from her ring and they refuse to so anything else other than give me a screen protector! Save yourself the headache and don't come here.

Beware this store will OVER CHARGE. Boost mobile customer service does activation for FREE. Also they are NEVER OPEN but the Hours or Operation are posted and everything is shut down. Would rate negative if i could. Very bad business.

I have had the pleasure of working at Boost Mobile, Lebanon Rd since April 1,2019. I appreciate all of your reviews and hope to serve you better in the future to those of you to whom I fell short. Thank you for your kind words to those who gave them and please know I work very hard to do my best. This place is like a home to me and my customers are like family!

The only reason I even gave it one star is because there wasn't anything less I could give. The guy there today had no idea how to handle any problems that I had and on top of that he was very rude. The lady that is normally there named Tanya is absolutely wonderful. I don't know where they got this fool but he needs to be fired immediately.

Terrible. I went in with a phone with no service and left 45 minutes later with a phone with no service. She tried but took 3 personal calls during my visit one of which was from her jealous boyfriend. She then had an argument with him before ending the call. Then this other weird lady who was sitting around started giving my daughter really terrible life advice. The lady obviously didn't work there. Was just kinda hanging out. I'm cancelling my service and switching now. Boost is terrible.

Just stopped by to pay the bill store still closed. I am on my way to another boost to pay the bill. This is worst store ever
