Pops is the man, told it to me like it is. After trying to get a SIM card activated it turns out I don’t even need one & just needed to unlock my phone & then do this e-sim thing. Don’t go to the Euclid stores btw, worst workers ever & they don’t help you. Stick with Pops!
Update: I would give negative stars if it was an option. I went to Raw Styles in Painesville. I explained everytime I go to Boost in Eastlake I have problems. My account is always messed up. They hooked me up. They have a location in Eastlake called Wireless Connection. At first I dreaded having to buy 3 new phones. They made the experience enjoyable. As far as the Eastlake Boost, I definitely do not recommend this store. They never open when they are supposed to. I had to go to a gas station to buy a phone. This location has went downhill since Marlin left.
