5Like most people's complaints on here, the customer service is lacking, and is in serious need of improvement. If this is what they meant by under new management, then they need to go back to the old one.

Recently went to the State Road location to upgrade. Store is supposed to he open @ 10 AM. I got there @ 10: 12. Open sign was lit, but door was locked with a hand written note saying they were on break and would be back soon. I waited in the lot until 11: 45, trying the locked door 3 other times but remained locked.
I ended up going to Walmart and buying a new phone for Straight Talk and have been happy since. Sorry, Boost. Having garbage store employees are making you lose customers.
This store is never open when it is supposed to be! If your employees can't work an 8 hour shift then change your store hours!
