We made 4 trips here for help after switching our phone over from AT&T. We were instructed to visit the store from the customer service dept. The store representative refused to help us. Avoid this company. You’ve been warned.

Went in bought a phone paid for the service and everything and they didn’t even activate the phone now I have to pay for the activation and service again I look forward to returning to that store and personally speaking to them about this
